I had a fantastic experience working with J-Tech on the installation of my new patio door. Ivan handled the ordering and made the whole process simple from the start. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kept me updated every step of the way. When it came time for installation, Irish and Dillon did an outstanding job. They were punctual, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The new patio door looks beautiful and operates perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the great customer service I received. Highly recommend this team!

Patrick and Tre were punctual, professional, and skilled, as they went above and beyond to diagnose a door problem. The men meticulously repaired our concerns, and checked remaining doors. J-Tech has been transparent with all pricing and service from day one of our door replacements. We would use them again, and recommend their expert services to anyone.

The workmanship was amazing and the crews were wonderful. Communication really needs some improvement, no one seemed to know what the other was doing and took forever to get a return call. Window design is poor. Double hung window with half a screen. You have to move the screen to the window that you want to open so it doesn’t actually seal and the inside of the screen is covered in bugs.

I had an inspection done on the windows J Tech installed in April. WOW!! He found things that I would say are basic skills that any installer would know to do. But he also states that because of this crappy workmanship, it could possibly void my warranty. Contrary to a video online that says they don’t use subcontractors, they certainly do!! And obviously not good ones. This guy on my project is more like a handyman than a window installer. Do yourself a favor and look for CERTIFIED Provia installers like Full Armor of Omaha. They gave me a full page of issues that remain even after J Tech sent a guy out a 2nd time.
They’re suppose to negotiate for minimum of 10 days. It’s been 9 and they’ve yet to even attempt a resolution

I can’t say enough good things about this company! From start to finish, they went above and beyond on our new windows and siding. Miguel, who came out to give us our quote, was absolutely fantastic—he was a huge reason we chose this company in the first place. Sheena in the office is also wonderful and made the whole process so easy.

The crew who did the work were incredibly respectful. They even took their shoes off when working near our furniture, and if they had to move anything, they put it back exactly as it was—you’d never even know it had been moved.

The quality of the work is outstanding, and the professionalism of every single person we dealt with was top-notch. Overall, this company is truly amazing, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for construction work done right.

I had two basement windows replaced. I have had several companies come out and JTech was the only company willing and able to do the small-ish job. They custom ordered the windows and installed them for me.

Everyone at JTech Construction was super communicative throughout the process. Rob was my salesperson and Pat did the install. Both were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling JTech again for my future home needs.

We had all new windows and sliding glass door installed recently. Greg did a great job measuring the windows and ensuring the install went smoothly. Pat and Tre came out to install and were diligently knowledgeable in their profession. They went above and beyond, giving the ultimate care to our home. J-Tech does a great job of hiring people from all backgrounds to train them and build them up into professionals. Pat and Tre spent 5 days in our home and we were sad to see them go. They moved our furniture and cleaned up well after themselves. Not only did they do a fantastic job but we didn't feel like we had strangers in our home, but new friends. We love our windows and our slider door. I believe there is one more thing we are waiting on for one of our windows, but it has not stopped us from enjoying them. We highly recommend J-Tech for your home needs and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Patrick and Tre did an excellent job. We had a sliding glass door replaced and they finished the job in a day. There was a couple of things that came up, as happens with this kind of thing. They went above and beyond to find a solution we were happy with rather than just trying to push it to the side. Great service and very skilled, we would definitely be happy to have them work on our house again.

Very happy with our new beautiful door by JTech! Installation was done by Patrick and Tre, both highly professional, courteous, and talented, especially when dealing with every curve ball our 120 year old home could throw.

We ordered windows and siding. Had some scheduling issues. We learned the night before that they were coming by to do windows, and we're not given notice about when they would come by for siding. The crew just showed up the next day. It was NOT a problem for us, but could be for other customers. One of the guys accidentally, and didn't notice, dropped a screw into our kitchen sink, and into the garbage disposal. My husband was able to fix the disposal unit, but J-Tech totally offered to replace it. Other than the surprise schedule, we have had a great experience. Great staff. Great crew who were fast and efficient. Rez, our sales guy, is really nice and very helpful. 10/10 recommend.
