As someone who has been renovating our home, we've dealt with many contractors and companies who've been pushy and not good fits for us. Rez has been so sweet and informed about all my window needs! He's very detailed in explaining the products and financing. I will only work with this local company moving forward.

J-Tech did an excellent job with the windows, siding, gutters and roof. I would definitely recommend them, the Gavin crew worked through some rough weather and were still able to deliver high quality results!!. We really appreciate them.

Bottom of the barrell right here. I wouldn't hire them if they paid me. 5 different times throughout the life roof repair job the crews have showed up unannounced, with absolutely no heads-up. The delivery for roofing materials showed up announced. The shingle replacement was completed on 10/12/24 or 10/13/24 .... The Chimney Cricket gas still yet to be finished as of today 12/06/24. The gutters also have her to be installed. On 11/04/24 we were informed it would be 4 weeks for gutters. Fast forward 4 weeks, we are told it will be another 4 weeks, without any update at all between 11/04 - 12/02.

This company is bush league, subpar, an absolute joke . When you attemp to contact the owner, you get am office Admin guy calling you back who knows Jack diddly about what's going on.

Hire someone else. This place is pathetic.

Everything you have said below is false, you couldn't have not contacted the "owner of the property " because the owner is 90+ yrs old, living in Arizona. The owner of the property is my wife's grandmother ... How much more uninformed and disconnected are you from your operations?!

JTech hasnt even completed the gutter installation or the Roof Inspection yet!So, how does the owner of the property, living in Arizona, express satisfaction for the work performed when it is not even completed ? You sir, are a joke. Look at your reviews, look at your customers engagement with your office and you directly as the owner.

Additionally, your Foreman Rob has my cell phone number, communicated with me via text and phone calls numerous times - before your office put a stop to that because of the repetitive issues your unprofessional company continued creating throughout the 4.5 month long process to replace the roof .... Again I'll point out - the job is not even completed yet.

Jason OlberDing, you are the owner and You should be embarrassed and ashamed that you even had the audacity to respond to this post with blatant lies.

This company is an absolute joke... I wouldn't hire them if the job was free and they paid me..

Marcus Cross was the salesman on our project. We couldn’t be more pleased with it, and him.

He was able to answer all of our questions. We are thrilled with the work and the overall results. We should have done it years ago.

The install guys worked in subzero windchill conditions and did it all in just two days.

My project was done in early 2021. New siding, gutters, soffit and fascia wrapped. First, my salesmen were AWESOME. We had some fun nights just hanging out talking about the project and other random things. Great dudes, knowledgeable and helpful. The project itself was done quickly and no messes were left. Some of the finishing touches were a bit delayed but that was because of the weather. Not the crew working. I work in a very detail oriented field so attention to detail or lack of, is something important to me which is the reason for 2 stars. 1. Multiple areas of caulking popped away from the siding on the first warm, sunny day. The window wraps were too tight so when they expanded from heat, the caulking separated. 2. The siding is WHITE. Multiple areas on the siding have been dirty since day one because of clear caulking that was never cleaned off which then became stuck with dirt/dust. The clear silicone around all the windows and doorways looks filthy. Not sure why a black silicone wasn't used instead. 3. Multiple areas on the white siding still have pencil marks that were never removed. Just left there for some reason. One right by the front door. Same with the ONE chrome screw in the fascia when every other one is black. Someone clearly needed one more screw and just grabbed whatever they had. 4. Window shutters were painted black but then scuffed the siding when being installed. No one took the time to remove the paint scuffed onto the siding. I called twice and spoke to someone. I submitted photos but no one ever responded. Bottom line, the job itself was done just fine but the lack of attention to detail and common sense fixes was disappointing. I SERIOUSLY doubt those details would have been left on a million dollar home in south Lincoln.

Marcus Cross with Jtech was so professional and understanding through our entire process. He knew all the answers to our questions, and made things go so smoothly! His communication and flexibility were amazing. We definitely will be referring Marcus to our friends and family!

We just had our windows replaced by Jtech. Installers were excellent. We are very happy with our windows. The salesman understood what we needed and the specifications were followed to the T. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

7/22: After leaving google review, we received the warranty info via email and postal mail. The siding was also fixed. Communication and follow up processes within the company needs an overhaul. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I got the run around unless I left a negative google review.

6/4/24: Still waiting on siding warranty information. The office never follows through with sending it. No call back on a piece of siding that has warped on the front of the house. So frustrated with them and don't want to bother calling, AGAIN, because it goes no where.

The crews that installed the siding and patio door did a great job. The siding crew completed within three days and did a wonderful job of cleaning up each evening. Both crews were very professional and courteous. We are very happy with our finished projects.

If lack of communication and scheduling weren't issues, I would've given a five star review. Gabe, Tim, and Matt were very responsive with any questions I had and you can tell they take pride in their work.

I had a standing seam metal roof put on my existing awning frame. It looks great. Gabe,Aaron,Mike and Rick were all very good to work with and quick to respond to my calls. The crew that installed the roof were very skilled and efficient. I’ll be doing more business with Jtech in the future.
