Limited Lifetime Warranty
The Limited Lifetime Warranty from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel covers defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser of specific Jacuzzi® bath products, including bathtubs, shower wall panels, doors, pans, and faucets used in a single-family residential home. Coverage includes parts only (not labor) and applies if installed by a certified technician following authorized instructions. Repairs or replacements will be provided at the company’s discretion.
Terms and ConditionsThe warranty excludes coverage for display models, commercial use, and damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modifications. The warranty is valid for products sold by an authorized dealer, and installation must meet local building codes. Claims require notification to the company, along with proof of purchase and a product inspection. Incidental or consequential damages, as well as transportation and reinstallation costs, are not covered.
The warranty is non-transferable and lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Replaced parts assume the remaining warranty period of the original product. The warranty obligation ends if the customer declines repair or replacement tendered by the company.

Wish that there were better selections is my only negative comment.
The only thing I wish is that Jacuzzi had a more diverse selection for shelving. We decided to forgo Jacuzzi Shelves and buy our own after market shelves and a seat. But all in all, we are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and we are very happy with our final new shower!
