The Limited Lifetime Warranty from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel covers defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser of specific Jacuzzi® bath products, including bathtubs, shower wall panels, doors, pans, and faucets used in a single-family residential home. Coverage includes parts only (not labor) and applies if installed by a certified technician following authorized instructions. Repairs or replacements will be provided at the company’s discretion.
Terms and Conditions
The warranty excludes coverage for display models, commercial use, and damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modifications. The warranty is valid for products sold by an authorized dealer, and installation must meet local building codes. Claims require notification to the company, along with proof of purchase and a product inspection. Incidental or consequential damages, as well as transportation and reinstallation costs, are not covered.
The warranty is non-transferable and lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Replaced parts assume the remaining warranty period of the original product. The warranty obligation ends if the customer declines repair or replacement tendered by the company.

We had our fiberglass tub/shower replaced with shower only. Jesse our representative explained the whole process. Everything thing went as planned no surprises. Very efficient crew. Was done in one day! It looks amazing and with the type of material that it is it will be a breeze to clean.
I found the company through Costco. They have a kiosk in the Costco warehouses and that’s was my first contact with Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel. They set up the appointment for the consultation right in the Costco and that was a very easy and seamless effort. They gave me a good time, verified my name and address and all of the particulars then the estimator came out. Her name was Jenny, and she spent quite a bit of time photographing, measuring and setting up all the information. We sat down at the kitchen table and went over the particulars of the New shower conversion. This was a shower conversion from an original bathtub. She showed me all the options, all the materials, all of the faucets and the additional accessories available for purchase. She then worked up a price. We got the manager of sales team involved, his name was Brad. He provided some adjustments on the price. I received a good price. They do obtain a permit from the city of Mesa and the plumbing work is approved by a building inspector.
This provides a higher level of security to the homeowner.
Many of the other companies doing this work say you don’t need a permit. I researched it and you do.(in Mesa).
Jacuzzi is the only company that gets the required permits.

The best place to go or they come to you! Be sure to ask for Mitchell Randolph/ Designer Consultant. He is the best man for the job. He will help guide in planning for your new project bathrooms jacuzzi this was the best decision I have ever made. The guys were helpful and everyone that works with Mitch knows they can depend on his skills and ethics. So, be sure to ask for him I am sure you will enjoy his laugher and genuine personality. A real cowboy that’s for sure. Thanking all that Mitchell has introduced me to by helping me design the best and not overly priced shower. My shower it’s beautifully detailed and my cleaning crews love me because they don’t have to clean too much. No molds! 😁they worked hard even through the night! They get the jobs done. ✅ thank you Mitchell my Lao white Asian brother. Keep eating that sticky rice! Lao/thai food!
The install arrived and went right to work. They introduced themselves and were very friendly and approachable. They allowed us to watch as they worked and very respectfully answered all our questions along the way as they worked. The install team was very meticulous with every step of the install process. We saw our old bathroom and tub turn into a beautiful bathroom and awesome shower right in front of us. The install team was very very awesome and left us very impressed with their very fine work and attention to detail. Would love for this very same team to work on our next shower project. Thank you
