I recently had Jacuzzi of Arizona remodel turn my master bathtub into a walk in shower. Not only am I extremely happy with how the shower turned out, Representative Dashun Smith, Thomas F. and the other worker (didn't get his name) were very professional. They put down mats from the front door to my bathroom to avoid tracking in dirt. They were very friendly and accommodating to my two dogs who found They liked laying on those mats. Dashun was even say excuse me to them. Thomas, Dashun and the other worker pet my dogs and really showed love to them.
Every time they left for the day, the cleaned up and even organized any tools/materials they left in the bathroom. Which was nice since I still would use the restroom to get ready for bed.
On the final day of installation, one of my dogs had a medical emergency and we had to take her to the ER. I had to ask to postpone completing the installation. Thomas and Dashun completely understood and we rescheduled for that weekend. Which that weekend, they arrived early and finished the job.
Before they left, they wished me and my dog well. It was nice they gave some kind words to my family and our stressful medical situation for our dog.
I am extremely happy with my new Jacuzzi shower. It is far easier to clean than my older tile shower and bigger. I would recommend Jacuzzi in Arizona and especially Dashun, Thomas and the other worker to my friends and family.

We had the BEST service from not only Jacuzzi representatives but also the men who worked on our shower remodel. Both my husband and I were stopped by a sale rep. at Costco and she gave just the information and we felt great about not only what we heard but how quick and easy it was to schedule to get this projected started. We had Robert come to our house for the initial design planning. He was understanding to our needs, descriptive, and had multiple visual aids to help with the process of our plan. We wanted to transform our front bathroom which had a tub to a shower. We got everything we wanted and more. Next, the date to have our front bathroom remodeled. We got a call to confirm the time which was early morning. The men who came we're professional and on time. They arrived not only professional but in a pleasant and welcoming manner. We asked that the door be closed during the demolition due to allergies and they followed throughout. When having to take the dry wall and tub out they made sure to leave a clean trail behind them. I feel they took their time and dedication to creating a space that showcased their craftsmanship and professionalism they have to the Jacuzzi family. It was a 2 day project and both days they had to deal with summer heat, barking dogs, and pulling this project off with a phenomenal finish. We appreciate all the work both Eric G. and Justis W. did for our family!

We had our fiberglass tub/shower replaced with shower only. Jesse our representative explained the whole process. Everything thing went as planned no surprises. Very efficient crew. Was done in one day! It looks amazing and with the type of material that it is it will be a breeze to clean.

I found the company through Costco. They have a kiosk in the Costco warehouses and that’s was my first contact with Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel. They set up the appointment for the consultation right in the Costco and that was a very easy and seamless effort. They gave me a good time, verified my name and address and all of the particulars then the estimator came out. Her name was Jenny, and she spent quite a bit of time photographing, measuring and setting up all the information. We sat down at the kitchen table and went over the particulars of the New shower conversion. This was a shower conversion from an original bathtub. She showed me all the options, all the materials, all of the faucets and the additional accessories available for purchase. She then worked up a price. We got the manager of sales team involved, his name was Brad. He provided some adjustments on the price. I received a good price. They do obtain a permit from the city of Mesa and the plumbing work is approved by a building inspector.
This provides a higher level of security to the homeowner.
Many of the other companies doing this work say you don’t need a permit. I researched it and you do.(in Mesa).
Jacuzzi is the only company that gets the required permits.
I would highly recommend them!

Jaime G., Carlos C. & Angel installed my dream bathroom shower. As I continue to age the Jacuzzi shower install is exactly what I need. It gives me great peace of mind. I got exactly what I was looking for in function, beauty, and cleanliness. They were great listeners and communicators. When they were done, it was hard to say goodbye to them. They were like great house guests. Carlos wore a red stocking cap, and I joked that Santa sent me one of his elves to install my dream shower. It will be great for many years. I do not regret choosing Jacuzzi.
