Kitchen Magic was magical! They were GREAT 😊!! Was an even better experience than what we thought we would get. An issue arose during installation and they at NO cost to me exchanged the problem issue and made it right and my wife and I happy 😊. Their contractors are extremely professional, courteous and take pride in their work and are incredibly CLEAN. Every single day when they finished their work the work area was spotless! They helped us pick the most up to date cabinet colors handles and beautiful quartz countertop and backsplash. I would tell anyone who is looking to reface their kitchen even if kitchen magic is more expensive than the competition to use kitchen magic because of what they bring to the table and their warranty is unheard of .

When does a remodeling company ever start and finish on time and stay on budget? From our experience, this only happens when the company is Kitchen Magic. Every encounter we had with them, from the designer who came to our home at no cost to the expert draftsman who measured to the coordinator and installers, all were personable, expert, and a pleasure to work with. Our project began and ended exactly on time and our coordinator kept us informed every step of the way. Kitchen designer Jeremy helped us visualize a kitchen that we could not imagine. Well done, Kitchen Magic!

We had been considering a kitchen refresh for almost six years before finally calling Kitchen Magic to explore our options. Ira, one of their designers, came out and walked us through every detail, carefully balancing design choices with our budget. Not only did they stay within the specs, but the final plan even came in under budget.

Less than a month later, the project was underway and fully completed in just two weeks. The carpenters were outstanding—meticulous with details (even ones we hadn’t thought of during the design phase)—and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

When a few small issues popped up with the final touches, Kitchen Magic immediately was able to schedule and send their own experts to resolve them and ensure everything was perfect. One of the most important aspects: they don’t use subcontractors, so you know the team on your project is highly skilled and accountable from start to finish.

Overall, the experience was seamless, professional, and far better than we imagined. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

The whole process was done in a professional manner. I took advantage of the special offer, that made me feel the price was worth the final finished product. The sales team was quick to address the glitch we had in the contract, and fixed it for free with no additional charges. Refacing the cabinets has totally uplifted the look of the kitchen. I would highly recommend this company.

We could not be happier with the new kitchen and powder room Kitchen Magic (KM) provided to us. Through all phases of the project, the KM staff was professional, helpful, friendly, and extremely timely when responding to any questions/issues that arose. Further, they were exactly on time with all of the established project timelines/dates.

The sales team (Caleb) and the Project Manager (Amy) were simply outstanding. We were initially apprehensive engaging in such a huge project as our full kitchen and powder room upgrade, but Caleb and Amy were simply the best from initial design all the way through to the completion of the project.

All the delivery, installation and plumbing personnel were also outstanding. Timely, hardworking, cooperative, friendly and real craftsman in each of their individual efforts.

Cabinets are great, customer service and coordination is HORRIBLE. 4 months in, kitchen still not complete. The Project Coorditor was useless. claimed she had 72 concurrent projects. thats about 30 mins per week per project. Noone had any clue what our project was, what status was or what needed to be done next. Scheduling was a nightmare. No responses. Amy was abosolutely HORRIBLY to work with.
Buy the cabinets but do all the GC elsewhere. Tile had to be re-done 3 times. Original tiler damaged our 2 day old flooring. Eveyrone is a sub contractor. Installers were from Ukraine/NJ and awesome. Front office is trash, they need to jsut make the cabinets and leave it at that.

Absolutely loved their service! They did an amazing job with our kitchen. From start to finish the process was super easy. We waited 6 years after buying our home to renovate the kitchen only because I dreaded having to deal with demo, and mess. But Kitchen Magic really made it easier than I imagined, and they completed our kitchen sooner than expected.

We were fortunate to have chosen Kitchen Magic to transform our kitchen. The craftsmanship and seamless timing of the project was above and beyond. I would recommend kitchen magic to anyone needing their kitchen upgraded.

We had a great experience working with Kitchen Magic through out the course of our kitchen upgrade project. We had a great designer to work with, and great architects and coordinating managers, who constantly kept us informed of the status of the project. They did a fabulous job offering us various suggestions and ideas for our cabinetry, and did a marvellous job getting it all installed, including the countertops and the backsplash. This was a very high class work.

When my husband and I decided to get a new kitchen, we realized what a daunting task it was. After looking at numerous kitchen remodelings, we decided to hire Kitchen Magic. It was the best decision we could have made for our house and home. Bob, our sales rep, was extremely friendly and very patient with my constant change of mind with styles and colors for cabinets, backsplash and counters. We finally settled on a design that blends beautifully with our home. Kathy, our project coordinator, was fantastic. She was our contact throughout. Any questions or concerns I had were answered the same day. She sent us a work schedule of the days and times for the jobs being done. The schedule went smoothly, everyone showing up on time and getting their part of the job done. They were quick to clean up when leaving. The employees were all very friendly and clearly knowledgeable of their craft.
