I had a problem getting anyone to contact me after I called the main office and put in a report that the chair battery was dead. It took 3 calls to get a response.
When I finally did get a gentleman to answer my call, he was great and helped me set up an appt. (that same day) to get someone out to my house to fix my problem. The repair person was also genuinely nice and gave my chair a full inspection to be sure that was only problem. So grateful to those 2 gentlemen.

One of my chairs was making a strange clicking so I called in a work order. They sent someone out and they said there wasn't much could be done, it was just a clicking the chair was fine. I also found out that day that after 1 year I would be charged a service charge and other things I was not aware of. I had asked the salesman directly about this when I bought the chairs and was told I would never pay a service charge. He told me that's the reason were higher than most companies, there no hidden fees later.
My Year would be up in two months and I wanted the chair repaired before that date so that I wasn't stuck with a charge after words . After speaking to the right person or persons, The technician came back and called the warranty company who is replacing the chair. I am happy with the work and service group but still upset with the salesman

We are very happy with our chairlift. The installation was very timely after the purchase and we really were happy using it to get boxes of Christmas decorations up and down from the basement. Then it stopped at the bottom of the stairs. We were disappointed but gladly not for long as Malique, our wonderful installer retuned via a service call and replaced the whole control unit. We felt well served and we used it today.

My chair lift was supposed to have a lifetime warrenty. Everything they come out I am charged. It has been broke for over 2 weeks. Last time they came out they didn't have the parts but charged me to come our anyway. I called yesterday morning and again today no callback. When I called today I was told someone would get back to me today but no callback. I have back problems and the chair is stuck halfway up
I not only have to go up the steps but I have to go around the chair

During the sale of my chair lift the salesman directly said to me that the battery will last at least 10 years. After the lift was installed I was reading the manual and it stated that the battery will last 2-3 years. I really like my new chair lift, but I don't appreciate being lied to.

The stair lift, as it ascends, starts making a loud clacking noise. There is one repairman who services this area. He called at 7:30 one night last week and since there was no ID I didn’t answer it. His boss called from a different number and I didn’t answer it as there was no ID and no voicemail. I got the repairman’s voicemail the next morning. This has been going on for months. I should never have paid in full.
