Original promise of project to be done was not fulfilled. Second, project Mgr. didn't measure shower properly so shower door measurements was incorrect causing inconvenience to us property owner. Subcontractor was excellent on trying to meet homeowners expectations.

Shower install was ok but the shower head is leaking. Someone is coming out to fix it. Installer really made quite a mess in the basement so I will have to clean that up with a heavy duty vacuum cleaner. I didn't expect that.

Gaps between walls and pan, 1/2 in. Pieced walls at outside of pan.2×s. Won't return phone calls. Didn't fully explain you on get 1 shower door bar. One day no show, no call. Craftsmanship could have been alot better.

Very disappointing starting with the sales guy selling the fact that they don’t contract work out they have their own employees. Our installer said he is a 3rd party and self employed. This guy never put down any floor protection, coming in and out of house with wet boots and insulation embedded in floors. He went downstairs made a mess, never covered anything or put back table he moved. Sales guy said they clean up everything as my mom is 93 and that was a selling point. He broke a glass shelf, gouged the bathroom floor, and door, and damaged the ceramic toilet holder which I made him at least calk. Also a glass hanging planter broke and all he could say was it’s old. Contractor wrote out a note stating he would replace glass but have never heard back from him. He told me he honestly didn’t have the money to get the glass until he gets paid for this job. I made him clean up some stuff, and he told me that the sales guy should have never told me he would. He doesn’t know any of the sales people he said he had to go thru that company’s training however that’s it.
As far as I’m concerned they misinformed my mom who spent her life savings on this, and had to deal with cleaning up for days! The shower looks nice but I would never have had this done if I’d know what I know now. Matter of fact she had a couple friends who were looking for showers but she said she couldn’t recommend this company.

Leaf Stairlift Company has always assisted me promptly in sending out a very qualified installer for any adjustments needed on my Stairlift chair.
With my last problem, I thought I would be needing a new chair, but a very knowledgeable Leaf Stairlift installer was able to fix the chair and adjust the seat better for me.
I love my Leaf Stairlift chair and I don't ever want to be without it in my home.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions were able to install a stairlift within a few days of my contacting them by phone. The price was fair and within my budget. Tim, the installer, was professional and friendly. It took him abut an hour and a half to install and then explain how the device worked. He demonstrated it, gave us safety advice, explained the limited lifetime warranty, and assured us that they were only a phone call away if we needed service or had questions. My 98 year old mother uses it twice a day - once in the morning to come down the stairs and again in the evening to go back upstairs for the night. It is much safer than my husband and I trying to get her to walk up the steps with me walking by her side and my husband lifting her right foot up a step at a time. The stairlift is quiet. It comes with a comfortable seat, two arm rests, a footpad, a safety belt, and two remotes. We leave one on the first floor and have put one on the wall upstairs. We do have to aim the remote at the chair like a TV remote or we had trouble trying to keep it moving in one direction. I did have to change the batteries in one remote rather quickly. So far, after a few weeks, it is working beautifully, and we are satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend this stairlift one others that I contacted because it is a worm drive. Customer service is quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. I appreciate that!
