My chair lift was supposed to have a lifetime warrenty. Everything they come out I am charged. It has been broke for over 2 weeks. Last time they came out they didn't have the parts but charged me to come our anyway. I called yesterday morning and again today no callback. When I called today I was told someone would get back to me today but no callback. I have back problems and the chair is stuck halfway up
I not only have to go up the steps but I have to go around the chair

During the sale of my chair lift the salesman directly said to me that the battery will last at least 10 years. After the lift was installed I was reading the manual and it stated that the battery will last 2-3 years. I really like my new chair lift, but I don't appreciate being lied to.

This was the best thing for helping get my husband up and down the stairs. He has trouble walking. I also have ankle problems and the stair lift is making things easier for me also.

The stair lift, as it ascends, starts making a loud clacking noise. There is one repairman who services this area. He called at 7:30 one night last week and since there was no ID I didn’t answer it. His boss called from a different number and I didn’t answer it as there was no ID and no voicemail. I got the repairman’s voicemail the next morning. This has been going on for months. I should never have paid in full.

You young man came in and went right to work, knew what he was doing and didn’t take all day doing it
They served Lift works well and I’ve been using it regularly. Sure saves me from falling downstairs.

Horrible experience with Leaf for a shower install. Nothing about it was good. The installer that is assigned to your project is EVERYTHING. Mine was very sub-par and the install was fraught with problems every step of the way - all self-inflicted by the installer. To their credit, they tried to make it right and some of the issues were corrected, but there are still problems. I just can't have them back again...just can't do it! There are better companies out there - keep looking.

While the product does what is promoted, the installation ignored my specific request to stop on the landing (it stops on the top stair instead). Thus it blocks the stairway for those walking. Also, repeated efforts to obtain guidance on maintaining the product (for example, lubricating it) have been ignored.

If you are dependent on a chair lift - think twice before a purchase from Leaf. Our, two month old, Leaf home safety solutions lift died 6 ft up on the evening after Christmas (12-26-24) - called and had to leave a message as the Service center is only open M-F 8 to 4:30. Got a call back the next morning that promised a speedy call to schedule repair. No call until Monday. Tuesday the repairman came - tested the entire unit - checked with the manufacturer twice and did more tests and finally established that the motor must be defective and a whole new unit was being ordered but because of the New Year’s holiday the unit may not be available until the next week (01-06-25). Well here we are at the end of that week with no replacement. I called again and was only promised a return call - sometime! Sooo two weeks without a chair lift. Now it’s January 13th. Another call today with the promise of a speedy response which has yet to come. Now 18 days without a functioning chair lift and more than a week without a return call.
