The sales person said that the system came with lifetime gutter cleaning, stating that if we ever saw water going over the edge, someone would come out and clean it. Within the first year, I had an issue and someone came out and they cleaned it. I thought it was awesome. A year later, I called again and they said that they would only come out and inspect, and if nothing was wrong that there would be a fee for the visit. I explained that the system was sold with a lifetime cleaning, and they said yes.... for the internal part, the part where leaves can no longer get because of the leaf filter system, but that leaves on TOP of the system, the part which was causing the overflow, was NOT covered by the lifetime cleaning.
So, in essence, if you buy this product.... you're trading cleaning the gutter internally vs cleaning off the top of the filter guard, and their "lifetime warranty" is no good.
There's also a supposed money back guarantee, however when I asked for my money back, they kept passing the buck saying that the installer would be in touch. A year later and I have not heard anything.
Stay away from this company!

Sales Rep was top notch professional and real Ambassador for Leaf Filter. Next day install was one person who arrived late after a four hour drive, working until after dark, said his drill flashlight was sufficient. Note: seems they only use sub-contractors for install, don't seem vested in Leaf Filter brand. Asked for before and after pictures, said he'd text, which were never sent. Just wanted to make sure caulking, cleaning and leveling were done. No ladder stand-off or padding was used by installer or 1st inspector. No after install walk around inspection was done and no clean up was done. Leaf debris was left all over the roof, deck and porch area. Brochure claims "cleaned up as if crew was never there." Subsequent calls had to be made. Two separate inspectors had to come out. First one just wanted to point out deficiencies in my 16 year old roof and not address my install concerns, even said "you'll be able to tell if gutters are level after a rain. "If there were issues with roof they should have said so during sales or just not installed. Second inspector seemed genuinely concerned and listened, addressed my concerns, showed pictures, repainted scratched freshly painted gutters, wiped dirty hand prints off siding, installed a couple extra hangers and cleaned up. Thanks Selvin.
So, for the money ( just filters) I wouldn't hire them again. Follow-on estimate from my roofer for new gutters/down spouts and filters was approximately 50% less than Leaf Filter.

Worst experience ever!
I dont think these people have any customer service training what so ever.just called today to inquire service on my gutter and downspouts due to leakage which damaging interior of my house. The lady said that they are sending someone for inspection at 3pm today. At 3:45 pm since no one showed up we called to follow up on the situation. Oh my God nobody had any clue and keep transferring me from one person to another. Finally someone offered the local office number, guess what the number wasn't in service!!! So called back again once again after several transfers, this lady said i will take care of your issue but since I am an existing customer $95 charge will apply. Sooo funny! I asked because im existing customer i have to pay $95 for estimate?? My call wasn't regarding the previous job they did this is a new problem with different side of my house. It was like these people speaking in different language no one even attempt to help. I told the lady I am willing to give you guys business and I have to go through so much hassles what would happen if I had any issue with their work I wonder how they would deal with that situation. Terrible experience very dishonest company, dont be fool by their misleading TV commercial. Be aware!!!

Both the salesman and installer were professional. They explained what they were going to do and then did it.
Even though it was a late-day install, the installer stayed until the project was completed.

I wrote an initial review on October 23rd.and on December 10th I heard back from Paul ( Calgary office). He quickly pointed out that I had no recourse to challenge my bill. Their quotes are time honoured and if they oversell the project they make more money As in my case $600 / hr but if they undersize the job they honour the quote and eat the extra costs. I tried to explain that was not the way the extent of remedial action was put to me. I knew I had Paul because he was not present when the price was determined. Due to the complexity of the job, consisting of cleaning the gutters, adding clips and caulking the seams would take several hours and possibly a day. The price came to $2,100 (with no basis) The sales man threw out two discounts of 10 % each , and by the way I will give you an additional 2 % for putting a sign on your lawn. Sorry Paul your explanation does not jibe with the salesman's pitch.

Salesman Shawn Kissinger does a excellent presentation take you to his car and show you what kind of products they use the best thick alamenum and best leaf guard and 50 years warranty and becomes too pushy to close the sale and when he writes the order he takes out the leaf guard without letting you know and when the installation guy comes he have no knowledge about the leaf guard ( the net ) that goes inside the gutter and when you call the salesman he tells you that’s a different price and when you tell him when you did the presentation and showed me how the gutter will be installed with inside it the leaf guard he will say oh that product has a separate price . I wish I went to google and read their reviews most of the customers are not happy . Be careful from that good talk salesman and make sure you read the order before you sign I trusted the salesperson and he trick me real good .

Do not go for this company, I’ve done my house gutters in Barrie, Ontario, Canada with them , Mississauga branch, and asked them to use high quality and ordered 6 inch gutters, each 4 months sth happens and after one winter , because of bad quality they used some part broke and many of hangers loses. Pay to a company that have good reputation. I made a mistake and did not search for reviews. Now i found out many has the same problem. Don’t waste your money. Check the photo, because of low quality, all gutters bender and some broke only after one winter !!!!! Previous old gutters were there for more than 20 years with no issue and i just changed them to have new one as they were look old and colourless. Even i called them and they said it is not part of warranty as it is caused by mother of nature ??!!!!! So what else gutters need to do ! Make food ? Anyway don’t waste your money.

I gave my number at a craft fair kiosk. I really shouldn't have and I knew it as I did it. Between Mon, Nov 23 and today, Dec 13, I've received 25 calls. Almost daily, sometimes 3x a day. I blocked the number. They kept calling from different numbers, at different times a day, and on weekends. At some point, they need to realize the lead is dead and stop calling. I answered the phone today and asked to be taken off their call list. Hopefully it will stop now.
