After doing some research up front I was ready to see what LeafFilter could do for me - although is was pricey, the salesman did offer incentives without too much haggling.
The installer was professional, timely and considerate - even took time to review the installation with me (I got on my own ladder to check it out). He was also kind enough to point out some other things on my roof that needed attention (that is in the works as well).
So far it has been a good experience and based on my research and observations, I would recommend this product.

Got a postcard in mail, was for 15% off +10% off for Military. I called and set up appointment, the person came the next day, I expressed my concerns of water coming over the top of gutters and wanted to make sure that was not going to happen. He assured me would not and then measured and gave me a quote. From that point on, I was lied to numerous times and then he even went to claim he gave me the discount when he gave original quote yet I have text messages from him and manager that both contradict what each was saying. Basically they were pulling a bait and switch tactic. Scheduled 4 times with them cancelling every time. I have a whole thread of texts to shows the lies and deception. Finally got a contract and they wanted me to sign in email, hand written and not very legible to understand the handwriting and not on a DocuSign so no way to just sign and send back. Immediately called and sent text to have printed copy of the contract brought over before the workers were scheduled to come the next day so I could sign. Waited, texted and again, no one brought over contract to sign and no workers showed up. Called and was basically told they did not need my business. Well no need to do business with a company that says they don't need your business but figured I would at least let other people know.
