Avery and Ryan (little monsters gutters) did an OUTSTANDING job installing replacement gutters on our home today. Not only the workmanship and knowledge is amazing, but also the attention to smallest details.
Both installers have great manners toward their customers, and make sure everything has been cleaned up afterwards. (Hard to find this type of professionalism these days)
They were right on time, and worked consistently until finished.
I highly recommend this team and company for any contract gutter service.

The salesperson, Shaun, we first spoke to was great--made all sorts of promises about the work to be done. The application of the leaf filters had to be completely redone because they were installed so poorly. Justin, trainer and inspector, was quick to inspect the first job and schedule the job to be redone. However, now that the job is done, I have not heard from Justin nor can I reach him. The redone job is better, but based on pictures the installer showed us, the corners are not mitred as cleanly as the pictures Justin showed us of how they should be done. The downspouts from the second floor into first floor gutters are not nearly as tight as pictures we were shown about how these should look. Both installers left a lot of debris around the perimeter of the house. One swipe around the exterior of the house to clean up this debris should have been completed. Needless to say, they have our money. I will dispute this with my credit card if the inspection does not come through to our satisfaction. I will not recommend this company.

The workers that installed the product, explained the process and systematically cleaned the gutters, downspouts (including elbows) and fastened the Leaf Filter filters to the gutters. They cleaned up and blew the area, ridding it of any loose leaf/gutter debris. They were courteous and friendly.

They spam 5 or 6 times a day I ask them to stop, that I have a system that I like and they continue to do this , Do you really want to deal with such an arrogant company, what if you order their crappy product and there is a problem ? Do you think they will handle it when they won’t even do something simple like take me off their list ?

leaf filter sales man Jonathon Skopinich was very helpful resolving a problem with the warranty department. Niclolas Langley was the person who was assigned the responsibility to correct the problem cause by another leaf filter employee. He was dressed professionally, very easy to talk to. He identified the problems and explain what his plan was to resolve the issue. The process was complete in about 1.5 hours. Thank you Jonathon and Niclolas

Buyer beware!! Read the fine print with Leaf Filter contract!! That is what the representative told me when i called about a problem. The "Lifetime Warranty" basically covers nothing. I got scammed by the sale rep. I spent $12,385 on just Leaf Filter because I had gutters. They charge $95 for any service calls and also have to pay any repairs. I had a tree growing out of my gutters because there was a gap.

Bad install. They installed the screens backwards. After filling with leaves I called. They wanted $125 to come out. After complaining they agreed to come out and saw the first install was completely wrong. They reinstalled some of the filters but only partially. I called again to get the rest replaced . Again they want $125. They came out and replaced a few feet and left the rest off unprotected. They claim they changed product and cant finish the job.
