I’ve called their website. You literally have to wait close to 5 minutes for someone to pick up. After that you get some couch potato that claims to work there. However, they are just lazy 2020 holdovers who no nothing, pass the buck off to the company, who will set up an appointment. 48 hours now, 2 calls later with over 20 minutes on hold, no call back. Leaf Filter is a much better system anyway

Quick completion, responsive to minor defects

My experience with the seller was amazing but for personal reasons I had to cancel and emailed the designated email they provided. There has been no answer and it has been more than 10 days of this. The gutters were never put up and I am still waiting for them to refund my money. I have called the offices and they told me someone is going to call us but they never did. My next steps are going to be more legal and with the BBB but I have to tell you it’s been a hassle for me to actually resolve this issue.

Leaf Guard gutters installed 1/20/24. My previous gutters rotted the facia. Great experience from beginning. The installers, Osmin and Leo, were super nice. Osmin was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. My green gutters look great! Very happy to join the Leaf Guard family.

I called Leafguard a few weeks ago to schedule a consultation for gutters on the new home, new construction we had just purchased and moved into December 2023. We met with a nice young man, Josh and he arrived on time, after introducing himself he walked around the home to take measurements, pics, etc so he could provide a detailed quote for the project. Josh really gave more of a presentation of the product, how it was made, installed, and the warranty coverage along with several options for payment. We scheduled the install and the gutters match the trim on our home and look very nice along with helping to protect erosion around the foundation.
The install guys arrived on time and were finished with the install including cleaning up in just over 3 hours. We have had several rain fronts move through the area with totals 1-2 inches and after checking the drain trap it was perfectly clear. We highly recommend Leafguard and are extremely pleased with our decision.

Do not use these gutters. They have worked ok over the years but the problem is if you need a repair or additional gutters added on to an addition they will not come out and do the repair. We have been trying to get them out for over a month. No call, no show, and will not email so that there is a email chain. These are a patented gutter system so if you are in my position and in need of a repair you are out luck!

We just moved in to our new house and our gutters needed some work. We have lots of trees with pollen and leaves. We had LeafGuard gutters in a previous home and so I knew that is what I wanted. There is little to no maintenance with this system. Ryan came to my home and was very thorough about what is included and how the process would work. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Leo and David installed the gutters on my home the same week and did a great job. They listened to my concerns and worked to make it functional as well as beautiful. They were very professional. About a month after installing them, we had a rain and one of the gutters needed to be adjusted. They were responsive and came out the next day to adjust it. I am very happy with LeafGuard.
