We have nothing but a glowing review of Legacy! From the new bay window to our new siding & gutters we couldn’t be happier. Legacy completed our roof this past month and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. The project manager Kevin Sippy walked me through the whole process from the very beginning as we worked through insurance and winter weather delays. He sent me a text throughout the winter to make sure I didn’t have any additional questions while we waited. When we finally did get the green light for an inspection, Legacy communicated with the adjuster and ensured that there would be a legacy rep present. Although the insurance adjustment wasn’t perfectly in our favor, Kevin worked through all the options and found one that worked for us and would protect our home.

Crew arrived for the roof around 6am and finished the whole thing by 5pm. They did a great job sweeping for nails and other construction debris - it was like they were never there. We did later find out that there was some damage to the exterior of the home due to the roof work, but Legacy worked with us to repair the damage in a quick and efficient manner.

I couldn’t recommend this company more! I will be using them for all of my future exterior projects, and will definitely request Kevin by name to manage all future projects.

Late last year there were some delays relating to insurance processing and we ran out of time with cold weather setting in. I was concerned about being lost in the shuffle with scheduling when the weather warmed up. Legacy did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me and as soon as there was a good weather window in March they got a crew in here and did the roof. The crew was great. Everybody rolled in about 6:30 AM for a 7 AM start, then got the roof done before dinner time. It was amazing to watch them work. My experience with Legacy was very good. Thanks!

LEGACY IS A FRAUD. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!

In Fall 2024, door-to-door reps from Legacy Restoration began canvassing our neighborhood. They were relentlessly pushy, coming to our house no less than 6 times over a few weeks. Each time we said we were not interested and declined.

Rep came back again and offered to do a free inspection of our roof. They referenced a hail storm from July 2024 that hit our neighborhood, and claimed that several other homes had sustained damage and filed claims. We again said we weren't interested and didn't want to file a claim. The salesman insisted it was a free inspection, and that there was no downside risk. I expressed I was concerned about our rates going up and did not want to file a claim.

He promised there was no downside risk and that he would inspect our roof for free, and that if there was no damage found we would get a certificate stating a clean bill of health for the roof, which would make it easier to diagnose any future damage.

I said I would not accept any downside risk and didn't want to jeopardize our standing with our insurer. He over and over stated that this was a free inspection and any subsequent claim would not harm us. After not taking no for an answer, I relented and allowed him on our roof.

I allowed the rep on my roof and property, who stated to my face with his words and photos, that there was: 1) several other homes in our neighborhood that had damage and filed claims, 2) that there verifiable hail damage on our roof from his documented photos and his "decades of experience", 3) that it was within the window of coverage, and 4) that it was extensive enough to file a claim.

Again and again, I was rightly skeptical and expressed my reluctance and concern about the legitimacy of the claim, and stated my firm redline of not incurring any risk. This "professional" with "decades of industry experience" equally guaranteed that proceeding in any manner would not harm us, and not jeopardize our rates or our standing.

This was a LIE and a FRAUD.

The second rep who actually showed up made the exact same set of guarantees and assurances to my voiced concerns. Any decent person or any business who actually cared about helping people or serving their customers, would have heard my number one concern that I repeatedly voiced, which was not incurring any penalty or risk, and they would have advised me otherwise or at the very least stated they could not be certain of any particular outcome.

Instead, I was provided with misleading, false, and fraudulent information to assuage my concerns and lead me towards a decision that was not in my best interest, from someone claiming special knowledge and expertise from their given professional standing.

This was PREDATORY, a LIE, and a FRAUD.

We proceeded to file a claim on his recommendation. The insurance adjustor came out a week later, and afterwards said he found ZERO hail damage. The Legacy rep wiped his hands and disappeared like a fart in the wind, without a peep of owning his completely fraudulent representation of our roof.

Fast forward to March 2025, and I now find out my insurance premium has increased by $1200, and we are classified and uninsurable by other providers.

THIS IS FRAUD.

Started to work with Legacy to replace both roof and potential siding due to hail damage. It went well with getting insurance connected. Had a few bumps with the siding information, original rep left out a few details. Found out that Legacy couldn't replace with the same style since it was seamless. His manager Pat stepped in and helped get me in touch with the siding company that could replace the full siding.
Meanwhile walked me through the process of the roof placement. He was very helpful and addressed my concerns and questions as they came up. Overall, Legacy did a wonderful job. Thank you

We went with Legacy to have a new roof and windows installed in our home and had a great experience! Overall, Legacy was great to work with! We worked with a few project leads, including Carly and Hayden, who were both professional, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the process and truly helped make the process and experience great! Our new roof and new windows look great! We will be using Legacy in the future!

Legacy Restoration has done a great job on replacing a large window that was damaged and had a growing set of cracks in my downstairs area. They did a great job of measuring, ordering and installing the window and making sure that the wood casing around the window was matched perfectly with the new stain. Thanks to them it looks brand new. I also want to add that Legacy replaced my roof 3 years ago. They did a great job - finished within one day and it looks brand new even now. They cleaned up all of the debris on the ground and left my home much better with an attractive new roof. Everyone was courteous and had great communication. Thank you Legacy Restoration!

Legacy Restoration is a great group and they did good work replacing our roof and gutters, and communicating well along the way. We had some pretty bad storm damage at our house over the summer of 2024. Legacy Restoration was not the first company to stop by, but somehow they convinced me to chat and end up getting our roof and gutters replaced (through insurance) after a free inspection. We ended up upgrading some of our gutters as well, which was relatively inexpensive compared to the price of the whole project. The roof was completed in a day and they did a great job cleaning up. A few weeks later, the crew came to do our gutters - I expected them to postpone due to the cold weather, but they persisted, got everything installed, and even upgraded our downspout runs to go over our rocks and into the yard. Very pleased with this company and their crews both in quality and communication!

My experience with Legacy Restoration LLC has been very positive. I am thoroughly satisfied and completely confident in the work they did for me. Their professionalism is outstanding. Their commitment to their customers shows in the quality of their work. They were prompt, courteous, and caring. I had a terrible experience with Legacy. Please be aware that if you have damage to your roof and the insurance does not cover a whole new roof, Legacy will not do any repairs and you will have to start the whole process over with a new business. They”re rep told me they would be able to take care of all our tree damage (interior, siding, screens, roof) and so I agreed. Then he left the company and a new rep came and one by one told me they didn’t do interior, then siding and windows. Then when insurance denied the full roof, yup then told me they didn’t do repairs. I get some businesses might only want to do the full roof, but be upfront about it. Wasted a year dinking around with them-with a dang hole in my roof! Got a new company and it was fixed in a month. Would never recommend.
