After a nasty fall, I was terrified of stepping over a high tub wall again, so I reached out to a few companies. Leisure Life stood out immediately. Never been happier

Last month my mom finally decided to invest in a walk-in tub, and Leisure Life knocked it out of the park. From the first call, Lance treated her like family, answering every anxious question and even FaceTiming us to show the tub options in real time. The installers were right on schedule, left the bathroom spotless, and trained her on every feature before leaving. She’s now soaking safely every night, and I’m sleeping easier knowing she’s secure. Five solid stars.

My mother purchased a leisure life tub and they have a lifetime warranty but these are the CONs they have had to come and fix parts too often and have had the tub for less than 2 years. That’s why they provide a lifetime warranty. The largest CON is if you don’t close the door handle down hard enough then you will end up dealing with a major flood in your home. It seems that since the company markets to the elderly or disabled there should something on to tub to warn people or a shut off mechanism when water is coming from the tub door. I would never purchase this tub again and the company CEO has not called to talk about the damages of over $20k to my home. Buyers be aware that the tub has No shutdown mechanism to warn the door is not all the way closed. My experience was very upsetting trying to clean up water with my elderly 80 year mother and I am a middle aged 56 woman. I usually don’t write reviews but the representative that came out said it happens often to people. Wish they had of told us before we paid all that money that’s why you get what you pay for in the long run.

They have the best prices out there. I didn't go with them because they did not have the brand I wanted for consistency. But top of the line tubs and great service representatives.

I ordered an Ella Bubbles walk in tub from Leisure life about 7 years ago. They were great with the installation, I loved Frank who did the install. Lots of special touches for my circumstances- for example adding a separate grab bar. About 3 years in, one of the handles became unscrewed and oops- went down the drain. Frank came back and fixed the situation. Now, 7 years later, we got water in the buttons to turn on jets and they wouldn’t turn off. I called Leisure Life. Frank came out 2 days later! He fixed my problem as well as upgrading the lines so we have better water flow. He did maintenance and upgrades. For free. He said you pay enough for the tub, we give you lifetime service. So- they really mean that guarantee. This company is lovely to work with i recommend 10 stars out of 5!
