LockTight Impact Windows & Doors

We used LockTight to upgrade our entry door and 2 sliders. After a negative experience with another company with our window installation, I was nervous. But the LockTight Team’s professionalism and skill exceeded my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with the finishing work on the entry door, along with the other two. I will definitely recommend to friends in family if they’re ever in need of LockTights services.

LockTight was a pleasure to deal with. From the salesperson thru all the paperwork for the condo board review and the permitting process it was extremely smooth. Scheduling was a breeze and the install crew arrived on the job as planned and replaced 9 windows and a sliding door in one day. Install was perfect and the product, ES windows, looks fantastic.

Lock-tight workers did the whole job in two days. Fantastic! They left the place cleaner than they found it. Wonderful job. I'm delighted. The sales rep was very supportive. He doubled down on getting the work done promptly. I would use them again when needed.

We researched window and door companies and decided on Locktight. They called with a date and time to install and they were prompt everyday. The workers were respectful of our property, they covered everything and cleaned after themselves. The trash and debris were picked up and removed daily.
My home was up for sale but now with my beautiful doors and windows I literally took it off the market 💞. They will return to patch up around the windows and doors.
So I truly recommend Locktight window & doors.

The excellent services, professionalism, honesty, and ongoing feedback provided by LockTight's window and door installation process really pleased me. Before, during, and after the installation process, their meticulous attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction were clear. Throughout the entire process, their sales agent (Sean Mcgowan), director of construction (Billy Shapiro), project manager Brian, and window installers Eduardo and his crew, Marisol Gomez, Kenia Lopez, and Onixia Taitt) were all cordial, competent, proactive, and responsive. Their well-organized procedure gave me the assurance that I was working with professionals who genuinely cared about my satisfaction and that I was getting excellent service.

On Friday, February 21, 2025, Lock Tight Impact Windows and Doors scheduled the installation of three (3) impact glass doors and one (1) impact glass window along the south side of our house, overlooking the patio.
From the initial consultation, Lock Tight worked with us to establish mutually agreeable pricing and financing terms, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.
On the scheduled installation day, Lock Tight technicians arrived early. They promptly began work, removing the old doors and windows and installing the new ones confidently and professionally throughout the entire process, completing the installation at 7:00 p.m. Before they left, the technician thoroughly inspected each door and window with us, ensuring the quality of the installation and confirming proper functionality of all the locks, and explained to us that they would be giving us a call to set up an appointment date for the inspection and for Lock Tight themselves to do the final touch-ups.
We are very satisfied with the quality of their work, our new Lock Tight Windows and Doors, the professionalism of the installation team, and the overall service we received. We would happily recommend Lock Tight Windows and Doors to our friends and family who are seeking a reputable company for their impact windows and doors.

I hope I never have to deal with this company again. When selling, the salesperson promises top-notch service, claiming they will handle everything—including removing all the shutters from your house and delivering an excellent finish—so you won’t have to worry about a thing.

However, in reality, they sneak different terms into the contract, hiding them between the lines, and when the day comes to perform the service, they refuse to do what was verbally agreed upon, saying it’s not in the signed contract. Unfortunately, we failed to notice how deceitful they were about the terms in contract.

On the day of the service, it was a complete mess. The finish was terrible, their workmanship was awful, and they even damaged my pool screen. Now, fixing it has become a huge hassle.

And on top of that, we failed the first inspection. The inspector said everything was a mess and refused to come back until they reorganized everything.

I sincerely hope I never have to deal with this company again. Their phone support is rude and unprofessional, with untrained staff who have no idea how to assist customers. A total lack of professionalism.

Excellent job. Great and timely installation. Great Home improvement. Installers always showed up on time and the work was completed on time as promised. All staff and workers were professional and courteous. They ensured our property was well protected.
