Locktight deliver my impact windows in a timely manner. Installation of 21 windows and door was complete in three days just as promise. I have recommend them to all my neighbors and to anyone looking to invest in impact windows and doors.

We got a very good deal with Lock Tight. They worked with our budget to help us get impact windows in our townhouse. Definitely feels more modern and open. Shoutout to the younger couple that installed them. They worked so hard I unfortunately didn’t get their names. Thank you so much again

The guys was awesome and very respectful, let’s talk about how they cleaned up inside and outside my house, made life more easier after contractors work.

The LockTight Impact Windows Doors and Roof crew are doing an exceptional installation on my new tile roof. They were very professional. Their job clean up left the house spotless. I am extremely disappointed with your service and the quality of work. The entire process of installing windows and doors was a disaster.

Firstly, the deadlines were repeatedly missed without any explanation or apology. The installers arrived late, and I had to postpone my plans to wait for them.

Secondly, the quality of the work is subpar. The installed windows and doors look sloppy, there are visible gaps, and they clearly do not meet the stated specifications. The windows already have scratches, and the doors do not close properly.

Additionally, the service from your staff was atrocious. They were careless, and left a mess that I had to clean up. They answered my questions reluctantly and did not provide any concrete information

To those reading this review before deciding to collaborate with this company: think a thousand times before doing so.

Awful company, awful communication, arrogant all the way. I got my French doors installed in April. I was called by Jeff to provide a feedback on the installation and I advised then of the lack of communication. Jeff got disappointed and reminded him he was calling me to get a feedback…. First flag. After a couple of days, I discovered 2 defects and was scheduled for a Service to repair. The defects were a dent on the active door and scratches on the passive door. The service guy scraped the dent so hard that he created a deeper bend and covered by spraying some ridiculous paint taken from Home Depot. He not only damaged further but left spray paint all around the areas he was not working on, therefore ruining the overall texture. The damage done by this sloppy intervention was worst than what it was initially. After multiple follow ups with the project manager Adam, I was told the styles left and right would have been replaced with ETA of June 21. Come June 21 I call the warranty claim department to check on the status and I am told that I will need to wait 8 more weeks. I am asked to send pictures again, which I promptly provide. Meantime the project manager responds to my messages with “I will let you know”. Still waiting for an update. Call again Scott from the warranty claim yesterday and I am told I will receive a call back. Attitude Scott has kept in all our interactions very condescending and arrogant, mostly not letting me speak and try to close the call as soon as possible.The entire experience has been a nightmare. I paid fully and promptly but they are not accountable for anything after money reaches their pocket. I am still waiting to know if the damage they created themselves will be fixed
And when. Tremendously disappointed . I regret hiring them.

I am still waiting for someone to advise when will I have my door fixed. I reached out again last week to project manager Adam and Claim department representative Scott and the response has been: we don’t have an update. I guess they are making a lot of effort to follow up…

Hello, when looking for a company to install impact window and doors. You need to hire nothing but the best !!! When I was looking around I had knew I needed a company that could handle my busy life style and work life. From the sales appointment, til the End of my install. By far the Rocked! The install team was awesome, and helpful, and very trust worthy while I worked during the day!
The office always kept me on the loop on progress and what was next. Any questions there where able to answer in a flash with either a call or a email! To wrap this up….. They cleaned up the best way they can, and remember there will be minor dust due to them covering as best they can. Recommend to have your AC off while they work, and purchase 3-4 filters to not damage your AC inside unit with dust. Have a mop, vacuum and great mop soap. Vacuum first, and then mop, mop, mop and wipe stuff down. Check your yard for minor item such as glass, screws, and any debris from the demo work. These guys work fast and clean as possible by far. This is my second impact job I’ve done. An this company by far killed it! Thank you Impact Window Team! Recommend you always!
