Eric S did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable about his job and was such a hard worker! I'm so pleased with the new bath tub and shower. I would highly recommend mad city baths. I recently you request to have Eric S do the installation. He is very professional and knowledgeable about what he is doing!

My kitchen now looks gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier. Mitch, Josh and Ken were fabulous installers. They answered all of my many questions, very courteous and friendly, very professional. They cleaned up any mess at the end of the day, their workmanship was impeccable!!!! They are an invaluable asset to your company. I would welcome them back into my home to due any work job any day. We had a wonderful experience with MAD CITY when they arrived at our home at 8:00 AM to install our new shower unit, assuring us they'd be done that same day...and they were!!! They did a very professional job of installing the high quality materials we had previously chosen. When finished, it met our expectations plus!! It was also so gratifying that before they left, their work area was completely clean, with nothing left behind for my husband and me to finish up. Would we recommend MAD CITY? Without a doubt!!!

James Armstrong and crew-ABS were amazingly thorough with the installation, follow through with making sure everything was operational, area was cleaned, explained in detail how to use the windows and the warranty policy. Very nice and courteous crew.

Great teamwork Brandon & Lex! No loud talking or yelling. Almost forgot they were here. I feel so much better having a more efficient patio door. Didn't really take long for installation. They cleaned up really well (better than when they got here). Very satisfied at this time but will let them know if it makes a difference when winter comes. 😉

Everything from sales, to field measurements, and the installation was fabulous. I huge shout out to the installation crew James Armstrong and his ABS crew. They did a great job and were very thorough making sure everything was clean and functional. The install was completely stress free and I love my new windows, the brown aluminum were the old windows, now they are wrapped in white and they really pop. Even better is the double lifetime warranty, so if I sell my house the next owners can also enjoy the peace of mind that they are warranted. Thank you everyone from Mad City Windows and Bath.

Mad City changed our tub to a walk in shower. It's amazing. Our tub was old, narrow, and hard to clean. The shower added a good 4 inches to the shower floor area. Easy to get in and out, easy to clean (wipe down after shower), and really updated the look of our bathroom. The installer was courteous and very personable. He took great care to keep our house clean laying drop clothes along his path to carry out the debris, closed off bathroom to minimize the dust getting into other rooms, and worked diligently to complete the task. We love our new shower. The before and after pictures show how amazing the tub changed the look of our bathroom.
