It’s been a year since we had our bathroom done and I can confidently leave this review now. The price, as I now realize, is outrageous for the work they perform. The sales rep was great. The work, not a fraction as good. We had to have them back to redo the caulk which lead to them clogging the drain with it. Had to have a plumber fix that. They told us they couldn’t do the tub we wanted and later found out it was doable from another contractor that it was. They’re professional scam artists. Go elsewhere.

Paid 16k for a walk in shower. Currently one of the shelves they installed in the corner of the shower has developed a small Crack on the leading edge of the foot rest. I have called them at least 10 times always going to voicemail and never a return phone call. My next calls will be to the better business bureau and the state attorney general office .

These guys are scam artists... while going over the contract they told us we have 30 days to decide then when we wanted to back out they said oh no its a 3 day period to back out... charged me $19k for just the shower and the wall between the shower and the sink was supposed to be fully wrapped and was left exposed. Crooks. Could have had the whole bathroom done for less. They also said it won't build mold because it's seamless... wrong again they sealed around the bottom of the shower wall and it's infested with little black spots. Don't trust these guys if you try to back out they'll take you to court and they'll tell you it's too late we already ordered the materials. These guys are criminals. I will never have them in my home again.

Like the other reviewers mentioned, i am surprised these crooks are still in business. Does it get any more scammy than saying “when you buy a roof with us you also win a free vacation”? We destroyed these losers in court and I just want to warn anyone else to stay away.

We had masters replace our ranch home in May in 2024. I have tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with them to come and repair 2 leaks in 2 bedrooms. Left messages to no avail Today I called and now you can't leave another message.they charged me 35,000 and my hands are tied.even though there is a warranty on this job. I will report this to the bbb and hope I get this can be resolved.

Run away from this company. I feel we paid a lot more for what the service we received. Truly regretted that we went with them but we were short on time. Sure they finish the job fast but just months later you encounter problems… good luck making repair request! Ours keep getting bumped and rescheduled with all sorts of reasons.

Please carefully read the low rating reviews next time before going forward with them.

Masters Homes Solutions came to my home to install new walk in showers in the master bedroom & guest bathroom. I am so please with the service they provided. They arrived on time and diligently worked until the job was complete. Installation team were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Kyle the design consultant was there ever step of the way & even came to visit us during the installation to ensure everything was going as plan. What more can you ask for. We replaced our standard tub for a walk in shower. The sales team and installation team were all very professional. Work was above expectations. All questions were answered right away by our sales Rep Kyle. They not only installed a superb shower for us, but they also cleaned up and the bathroom looked better than expected when they left.
Overall wait time from consultation was quoted at 4-5 weeks and install happened at 3.5 weeks. Much sooner than expected and we are very happy about that.
