These people are the absolute best home improvement workmen we have ever had. Our salesperson Derrick was very patient and knowledgeable with our request and made changes for us when we need a bit of tweaking.
Our installers, Scott and Tyler, were extremely professional, skilled, and thoughtful through installation. The previous owners of our house loved to DIY and made everything a mess but these guys ran with it and made adjustments. Our house is so much warmer because the door is actually properly installed now.
I can't say enough good things and we are thrilled with the curb appeal and beauty of our new front door.
Hire these guys! You won't regret it.

We've used MN Rusco for window replacements last year for 10 double hungs on our main and second levels. Was happy with the process from sale to completion and relatively timely resolution of a few post-installation follow up items.
Just recently, we got our old, cracked basement hopper windows replaced. Our installers were Windows of MN LLC. They were a good crew, arrived timely and finished our project in one day. They kept my husband up to date with issues and concerns while on site, and managed to successfully replace even the tough window that was located in a tight spot with an unmoveable big concrete sink inside, and large AC unit outside. They walked us through the project area at the end before having us sign off on completion. I appreciated their care in cleaning out all the leaves I had forgot to out of the window wells and keeping mindful of the plants nearby.
I would recommend them and MN Rusco to others!

Mitch, the subcontractor for MN Rusco, arrived right on time. He was immediately kind, smiling, and maintaining eye contact. I was at ease with his jovial demeanor right away.
I made sure the areas around the three windows were clear and ready for his handiwork. He was elated.
His work took approximately 5 hours. He worked diligently and efficiently, and he didn't seem to waste time.
The product itself is terrific. The daylight that streams through give each room a whole new look. I also feel safer with the pop-out locks that prevent a window opening wide enough for an intruder to enter. Impressive detail! I had hoped to have new windows a long time ago, but my husband always told me now.
My house is going on the market soon. I hope that the windows provide a strong incentive to purchase this home.
