They did an excellent job installing our kitchen. Everything was set up perfectly — they even brought in the marble and installed it seamlessly. The project took a bit more time than I expected, but the end result was absolutely worth it. The team cleaned up thoroughly afterward, not leaving a single speck of dust behind. The work was done professionally from start to finish, and we’re very happy with the results.

From beginning to end Morgan Exteriors of Orlando was excellent! When our building inspector came out after the installation, he said they did a good job. Avoid this company for kitchen remodels. You'll spend a half hour looking at samples but Morgan will choose the actual slab and too bad if it's not what you expected, your stuck with it. They insisted we approve the cabinet layout buy not the slab? Unbelievable.

Overall a great experience. We did new Windows and Siding. The workers on the project were polite, skilled and no complaints about the quality of their work. One note is the sales process which frankly was a bit like old time used car buying, they hit you with one price then offer a bunch of discounts that eventually brings the price down to where you think it should be. Be also careful that everything you think you discussed in the sales discussion is in the contract. We had a few minor mis-communications on the project which we share responsibility for, and to be fair Morgan was extremely reasonable in working through all that. Overall no complaints and would use Morgan again on a future project

To be clear, Morgan does not manufacture windows. With that said, the quality of the Simonton window is excellent.
The OEM windows in this house were from 1977 and needed to go. First impression when the work was complete was stunning.
The installation team was professional and extremely diligent. We had two callbacks to address caulking and a few mechanical items (screens and a lockable handle on a slider). They responded quickly and sent the same team. No complaints regarding caulking because the total linear distance for this job was ridiculous really and I'm really OCD about that. And to be fair, this '77 house is a DIY what not to do, so hire pros like Morgan etc.

Bought a new glass door from them and they installed it. Price very fair, installers were great, love the door. Very prompt and professional. Will have no problem using Morgan’s again. Highly recommend them.

OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM HOME SHOW TO COMPLETION OF JOB. IT WAS A JOB WELL DONE, FROM JIM WHO CAME TO HOUSE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS TO RACHEL WHEN WE HAD CONCERNS IN OFFICE. THE TIMELINE WAS PRETTY ACCURATE FOR US AND THE CREW THAT REPLACED THE WINDOWS WAS ON TIME, EARLY EVEN AND FINISHED IN ONE DAY. RAYSHON, JAY AND ANTONIO WERE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THIS CREW. THE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN IN FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS NOW AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH THEM AND THE LOOK IS AMAZING. WE STARTED THIS PROCEESS ON JAN 14TH 2025 AND IT WAS DONE ON MARCH 11, 2025.

Because of her I will recommend,Morgan Exteriors to my friends and family. Which I already did.The other workers like the installers were trust worthy, very respectful and well mannered. Beware of this discriminatory, completely sexist experience I just had. After spending time on an intake process for a new project estimate with a delightful new business int-take team member, another team member was brought on to confirm my appointment and refused to meet with me without having my husband present. I am the 100% sole owner of this home I am seeking an estimate on and make all of the decisions related to it as a result. It is discriminatory, sexist, and completely unprofessional to require that my husband be present in order for them to meet me and provide an estimate. You need to reevaluate your business practices and ethics. And for anyone reading this, I now have appointments set up with Ridge Top Exteriors and Ideal Siding - neither of which insulted me with this ludicrousness.
