She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, and what impressed us most was her honesty, if she didn’t know the answer to something, she didn’t pretend. Instead, she made a quick call to find out and got us the accurate information we needed.

I recently hired Morgan Exteriors to replace the windows in my home with impact windows, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The product specialist I worked with, Heather V., was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She took the time to walk me through all the details, explain the differences in the products, and made sure I felt confident in my choices.

What really impressed me was how well she handled some of the more technical questions from my uncle, who is a contractor. Heather had clear, thorough answers for everything he asked, which gave us even more confidence in the quality of the windows and the company’s expertise.

Our installers did an excellent job. They cleaned the place perfectly. And they were kind and considerate. Lázaro and his team were excellent.

repair of damage done from tree cut down to soffitt and facia that was brand new install. work was done skillfully and professionally. installer says damaged j channel needed to be replaced but he was not aware so white color was used instead of the linen color that the rest of it consisted of. installer was awesome.

She explained everything to me flawlessly and was so patient with me with all my questions. Met with Maximilian D., consultant for Morgan Exteriors about new windows for my house. He was very polite and helpful. Not pushy at all. He explained everything to me and after keeping him for longer than I probably should have I was impressed enough with the information he gave me to sign on that night. The price was very fair for 6 Hurricane Impact Windows and I can’t wait to get them installed!

Had consultant Maximilian D come out today to discuss doors and window replacements. He did a great job in explaining the value in choosing Morgan Exteriors. He went through a great presentation on the company and the quality they produce.

What we liked most about him was his detailed explanations to all of our questions. He showed us the window and quality behind it. He also showed us a heat lamp test to compare different panes of windows.

He was a great representation of the company and the cherry on top was how he explained the company and their core values.

Tim Henderson was a complete professional. When he presented the windows that my wife and I were looking to buy, he did it with complete honesty.
