Morgan Exteriors of Ft Myers

We recently had our windows replaced by Morgan Windows and overall had a great experience.
From the very beginning, we met Mark at the Tampa Home Show, he explained Morgan’s easy process to us (which was just what we experienced).

James Davis our salesman, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as we worked through options and decisions. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly.

The installation team, AJ and Nikolay were just as impressive. They were informative, patient, clean, and very respectful of our home. They kept us updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done with care and professionalism.

If I had one area of feedback, it would be around service communication. We had a couple of windows during installation that needed follow-up from the service team. We completely understood that sometimes adjustments are needed and had no issue with that. However, after our Friday installation, it would have been helpful to receive a proactive call on Monday to schedule service. Instead, we had to leave multiple messages before connecting with someone. That said, the service team was professional and the two servicemen who ultimately came out handled everything well.

In the end, the small hiccup in communication was not enough to outweigh the overall positive experience. Morgan Windows delivered quality products and demonstrated professionalism throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend them.

We had a great experience with Morgan Exteriors. We needed to have several of our windows replaced so my husband contacted Morgan Exteriors. We'd heard good things about them and the fact that they have been in busy over 30 years was definitely a plus for us. Our sales person Taner was great. He was very thorough and never pressured us. He answered all of our questions, and made us feel great about our decision to go with Morgan. The process was seamless. The guys came out do measurement and they were quickly in and out. I'd also like to add that they were really nice and it was great to know that these employees have been with Morgan exteriors for over 15 years. Says a lot about the company. The company that installed the window were very professional and respectful of our home. They did a great job and walked us through how the windows work and how to care for them. Their process was a well oiled machine. Overall we are happy with our windows and we feel like we made a great choice with Morgan Exteriors.

Paid a lot of $$ to have all our windows replaced. The window latch failed and we have water intrusion inside our home. We scheduled a repair and "tech" came out and looked at it. We were told the next step would be to have them come out and re-seal around the windows. Well, we've been promised that someone would come out. We've been promised someone would call. Frankly, all we've gotten is excuses and delays.

I've had to follow up with their "legal liaison" (who needs a legal liaison unless you're constantly running into legal problems?!?) who, on the surface seems helpful, but NOTHING is getting done and it's exhausting to have to continually follow up on a vendor that doesn't do what they say.

I do not post negative reviews. I hope I wasn't too graphic or rude. The way we've been treated post-sale, I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT recommend using this company.

Extremely happy with Morgan exteriors kitchen & baths. Maximilian Deferrari was my sals rep today and let me say just wow! He took the time to go through my project and give me all sorts of different options until we were able to decide on a final result for our kitchen remodel. Max also helped me navigate another quote I had without bashing the company which I found extremely professional.

We first used Morgan exteriors back in 2017, we had such an amazing experience that when we bought our new house there was no question as to who we were calling again!

From start to finish the process was smooth and the craftsmanship was unmatched!

Elder and RAF did an amazing job on our window project helped remove and reinstall the blinds and put out plastic to protect all the surrounding area was very clean. The man makes a bad caulk line so seamless and beautiful!! GreatJob and was very professional. Looks exceptionally well done. Thanks Morgan for sending such a qualified person and making this project painless.

From the first click to schedule an appointment for our new windows, to the call back 5 minutes later by an efficient and friendly scheduler, to the amazing prompt, well communicated visit by sales representative Steven, who was very well versed and patient with us, this is a well run company!
They called and arranged the install, 3 weeks early, very nice!

Today was our install. Hector was our installer, with his assistant. He was very professional, organized, cleaning up as he went. They worked well together. When they completed the work, they showed us each window, cleaned a small scuff, and we are very happy with the windows!

I contracted with Morgan Exteriors to replace the old Board and Batten on my house with new Hardie Backer. I already posted a review in May concerning my positive experience with the initial meeting and contract process. This review is about the install and completion process. The work took about 9 total work days. They started on a monday and completed the following thursday. From the first day the installers were very thorough and asked many questions pertaining to what I wanted done and exactly how I wanted it done. They were very respectful of my property and took great care to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. The quality of the work in outstanding. The painting team engaged with me to make sure the siding and trim was painted exactly the way I wanted it. The finished product looks absolutely amazing. I should add to this that part of the install was installing new fascia and soffets. I have received many compliments on my house since the work was completed. I am very happy with the work that was done and working with the main office was very easy and they were very responsive. Overall I am very pleased with the work that was done and would have no problem recommending them.

Good experience overall. Bought siding, painting, fascia and soffits. Would recommend. The Sales agent was knowledgeable and had options for us, took a VERY long time with us to define scope and requirements. However, later down the timeline the agent was unable to be reached and never followed up. The prime contractor was nice and communicative, and unfortunately needed everything redefined. The order for fascia was mixed, but the installers installed it all anyways, requiring rework later. Work started and ended ontime, minus the rework. Quality of work on siding, and painting was excellent. Billing and monitoring from the office was very attentive as well. There was some damage done by the contractors and the lead replaced without too much of an issue. Too much construction debris for my liking, had to request a follow up to clean up nails, metals, wood scrap, etc around the home. Overall the quality of the finishing and trim work was not perfect, but the siding and painting met our expectations. Service aside form the poor hand off btwn Sales and the Contractor was really good, and I was treated very respectfully during the process.
