Morgan exteriors replaced the poorly wired lights they originally installed with these "professional" under mount kitchen light strips. These are just RGB strip lights with a cheap remote which will most likely turn red in a couple months. How luxurious. Went from cool/warm white lighting to RGB in this five star rated kitchen install

Figured I would share more disturbing pictures of how our kitchen remodel experience ended. I have been in touch with management. They even sent out representative to identify a list of issues that were will to address and fix. But that was LAST year. I’ve emailed, called, left multiple messages but still no response from anyone from this company. I shouldn’t be surprised but had some hope when they actually sent a representative last year with promises to return with resolution to obvious and agreed issues.
I’m still waiting for someone to return my calls to make an appointment. What is the best way to complete these repairs that were addressed and agreed upon?

Edit: The Hardie Board siding went great. The crew was very good and finished my 3400Sq/ft house and 500 sq/ft garage in 6 days. The county inspector even pointed out some items that they exceeded code on. We're so happy with the job we just signed on for windows and outdoor ceiling replacement.

I decided to get an impact window for peace of mind. My bedroom window faces a lot of trees. Isaiah with Morgan Exteriors came out and gave my a quote with various options. Presentation was great and he was professional, answering all my questions.
We just had our brand new front door installed and have to say that Elder and his helper did a fantastic job! Everything was done extremely well, professionally and with attention to detail. Elder patiently addressed any of our concerns. Could not ask for a better experience!
