We needed a roof replacement after storm damage. We filed a claim with State Farm and received a lot of pushback. Zach above and beyond to advocate for us, and finally got the job done. As the saying goes, “When you give a mouse a cookie, it’s going to want a glass of milk.” The project snowballed into new gutters, soffit, siding, and stone fascia. Able was easy to work with, communication was great, crews were on time and efficient. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!

Able Roofing has been our go-to roofing company for decades, having replaced our roof in 1996 and a skylight in 2022. When it was time for a new roof again, we did our due diligence and got four estimates. Ultimately, we chose Able Roofing again, largely because of our sales representative, Zach Harmon.

Zach was incredibly patient as I obsessively searched for the perfect roof color. He went above and beyond by providing addresses of multiple homes where Able had installed roofs so I could see the shingles in person. He also worked closely with us on shingle selection and eventually upgraded us to a premium-grade dimensional shingle at the original contract price.

There was a small hiccup when the wrong shingles were initially delivered, but after one call, the issue was resolved—though it did cause a slight delay, extending the project to two days instead of one.

After the roof was installed, my husband had a couple of concerns, and Able Roofing sent a representative the same day to address them. I also had questions about our final statement, and Zach responded immediately. In the end, everything was exactly as the contract stated.

The instalation crew were excellent and worked like a well oiled machine. They arrived around 07:30 AM to start the project and they were finished and cleaned up by 3 PM.

We couldn’t be happier with our roof. Our sales person, Rich, was fantastic. He put a very detailed estimate together and took his time explaining all aspects of the products and installation. The installation crews did a great job with install and clean up. Our roof looks awesome! It’s not a huge deal but the only criticism I have is the crew that came out to do the gutters left the contents of the gutters all over our yard. Overall great experience with fair prices!

The installation crew was here at 6:15 and the completed it the same day. Cleaned up our yard very well. Extremely happy with the whole experience would use them again.

I promised I wouldn’t do the review until the year mark because I wanted to see if the new roof they gave us would withstand the winter and the storms. So far it has. It cost us 11k and we got what we wanted (even purple tiles my favorite color). After the insurance didn’t give us squat for our roof, Able was affordable and helped us with a decent plan to get the difference paid off quickly with financing. The crew took one day and they were fast and efficient. They even picked up the nails in the yard upon request & have someone from able come supervise the final finish. Would absolutely recommend. Plus they are across the street so they are close if we need anything. But with a lifetime warranty that transfers to the next buyer that cannot be beat.

Fantastic company! We used them for an entire outdoor redo, roofing, siding, windows and gutters and it was a great experience. Excellent communication throughout the process and although we did have two minor issues after some time had passed they were quick to respond and correct the issues. They did such a good job we also used them four our church parsonage and picnic shelter.
