I am still waiting for the city to do their final inspection before turning my unit on. I chose to pay for my unit up front rather than financing as the long term savings are quite substantial. I'm very satisfied with the technicians that did my panel installation. They were friendly, explained what they would be doing and cleaned up all the mess before they left. I did have a small problem with the status of my job not getting reported correctly in the company's system. One call to my sales representative and everything was corrected immediately. I feel confident this will be a five-star review once my unit is turned on.

I feel my original review does not accurately relay my experience with this company. My solar system is installed and appears to be working correctly. This company has a terrible disconnect between the office and field technicians. I made multiple calls to the office for a status report only to find out I had more information than they did. Followed by another service call to figure out the status of my job. It took nearly 5 months from the time I signed the contract and paid in full for my unit to be turned on. I'm still waiting for the $250 gift card and pool pump that I was promised at signing and told it would be installed during the solar system installation. My last communication with Mathew I was informed they don't install the pool pump until the system has been running for 90 days. For reasons that didn't make any sense to me. A company is only as good as their honest and timely customer communication skills. In my case My Smart Home failed to meet my expectation.

All the staff in smart house are very helpful from the staff who informed me, planned my solar panels and installed it very professional. I was ready to signed my papers from other company but the way they explained to me about I don't need a new roof made me switched. Other staff after my panel's were installed went beyond their duty to explained to me how I can accessed my bill.

I’m very appreciative for their after installation service. We had 24 panels on ground mounted with them in March 2023, but the system did not work in July 2024. Fortunately , Julian was there to help us getting back on track by replacing the inverter box. Their warranty service is excellent..

Robert here. This morning a young man from My Smart House came by to clean my solar panels. He was here exactly on time and did a superb job cleaning the panels. My visit to My Smart House in Murrieta Ca. Lead me to a helpful young man by the name of Eloy and Eloy answered a couple of questions and we set up a time to clean my panels. The workers were very busy and the cleaning was scheduled for today and the job was complete, on time . Many thanks to Eloy and associates for their timely assistance.

We had a great experience with My Smart House. Our initial meeting had a ton of information and all our questions were answered. Installation day was a breeze and we just got our panels turned on! We always got updates from their office along the way. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Great customer service as well.

After My Smart House signed us up for solar, they contracted with Complete Solar. This was in March 2023. We still do not have our solar connected and My Smart House has washed their hands of this. They have been no help to us at all.
The total was $45,000, which sounds like alot now after learning more about this.

My mom recently purchased solar panels and what a great change it has been! Our electric bill has been way less and we feel good about making the switch. We did have a small issue with our panels not working but shoutout to Julian he was really helpful and patient with both my mom and I and helping us solve the issue. Thank you !!

The service has been a disaster from day 1. There was a SNAFU with my paperwork being submitted in time to continue NET2.0, lost that. The installation took place in June/July, and the paperwork has been a disaster. The installation company keeps having to resubmit the application for Permission to Operate. I just received another notice from SCE stating that the paperwork requested was not turned in within the required due date and my interconnection request has been withdrawn. I still do not have solar service. its been 5 months! Horrible experience.
