The service has been a disaster from day 1. There was a SNAFU with my paperwork being submitted in time to continue NET2.0, lost that. The installation took place in June/July, and the paperwork has been a disaster. The installation company keeps having to resubmit the application for Permission to Operate. I just received another notice from SCE stating that the paperwork requested was not turned in within the required due date and my interconnection request has been withdrawn. I still do not have solar service. its been 5 months! Horrible experience.

Go with any other solar installation. This company just gives you a bunch of false claims. From the start they said we will have a dedicated project manager throughout the process. Two weeks in that person changed 3 times. After partial installation, because they couldn’t complete the installation due to them missing 1 panel. It took an additional 3 months of calling and emailing the solar company just to finish the installation. Based on their expert recommendation with regard to the amount of panels we would need we decided lets add 1 more just to be safe. They clearly undersized the system even with an extra panel. This system was not sized properly.
Not 1 person replies to calls from mysmarthome after the installation has been completed. Not one responded to emails.
Also be aware the solar installer only responds to emails (No phone number) and claims that a panel not producing the same amount that it was over a 4-week span even when the panels around it are, this issue is not covered. They call that a production issue not a performance issue. So when you sales rep tells you if you see a panel not performing don’t worry that’s covered, its not. Three panels side by side and the panel in the middle is producing 200W while the other two are producing 1.2KwH is not a production issue.
There are other companies out there I would recommend. I regret going with this company. First opportunity that I have I will hire an actual solar company to replace this useless system, so I don’t have to ever deal with this company again.

I could not get the so called project manager Laura Suarez to call me and keep me updated on anything. I called and emailed Laura several times to only get responses of let me find out and I will let you know. Installers just showed up at my house and it’s a rental so the tenants were not happy they were just showing up without proper notification. I called Laura and said look the installers are at my house and no one ever called/emailed/text me to keep to let me know. Her response was “you really should know who is at your house”. At this point I lost my patience and told her “ no, you should know who is at my house and doing the install. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner or manager they never called. Few weeks goes by and still nothing. I call back and Laura says oh they didn’t call you? I replied No. she hands the phone off to a lady named Tracy I believe and she apologizes and says that she will be having a meeting with the installer and will get back to me. Wrong again. The installer showed up at the house again yesterday and finished the wiring and whatever else they needed to do only reason I know is my tenants sent me a text saying so. I have emailed yet again Laura asking what’s going on. Oh guess what still haven’t heard back. Boy oh boy I shouldn’t have even given them my business. I’d be very careful and do your homework before going with this solar company. Oh and this is for only 17 panels.

The most Professional and Courteous Service by a Solar Company yet. I did my homework and listened to several Sales Pitches, but I was left questioning the integrity of other Solar Companies.
My Smart House has Very Knowledgeable Customer Service Reps, they're Easy to talk to and the Process was Seamless. From start to finish, there were no unanswered questions and I felt very confident with my decision to sign with My Smart House.
The Install was Clean, The Inspection was Painless, and the Green Light from SCE was handled with No Issues.

THEY PROMISED ME A $1000 refund. They wrote a check and the check BOUNCED!! Now they refuse to answer any phone calls. What a scam!!!! This company is nothing but a nightmare. i thought i was safe going with a veteran owned business. not this guy. way to make us veterans look bad, CORY!!! No integrity. no morals.

Signed with my smart house for solar installation with Solcius in May 2018. Work finally started on 10-01-2018. Completion of installation was completed on May 2019. I requested for promotion of $500.00 and installation of Ring doorbell as bonus for signing. I was told by MySmartHouse in June 2019 that there was a 90 day waiting period for them to provide said promo!!!!!! In November 1 2019 I spoke to Eric McNeil co-owner and we agreed that on November 22 2019 door bell would installed and receive my $500.00! No one showed and Eric McNeil is NOT answering my call!!! I had my panels installed and they promised to take care of all the paperwork. That was about a year ago and I still have not received the final photos for my final from my HOA. I'm going to get a fine because it has never been submitted. I've called over 5 times and they just dont send them. I dont get this stupidity.

Last year I had an appointment for turf. No one showed up. Call center was apologetic but asked not to be called back.
Last week I received a call again, broke down and said alright, let's talk solar, whole hiuse fan and discuss turf. 10 am appointment for today, no show again.
