Mad City replaced our old shower with a shower that looks like a spa! We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Our salesman James, the plumber Phil, and especially our workmen Steve and Dean, did a fantastic job! Thank you to all involved, it turned out so much better than we even imagined. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend them!!

I had my bathtub and surround replaced this year. Generally a really good experience. There were enough design choices without being overwhelming and the install was pretty smooth. The most thorough discussions I had were with Sales, so I would recommend being very vocal and following up with measuring and install teams to ensure the final install is exactly what you want.

I'm very confident in the product quality and the waterproofing of the installation which were huge parts to my choice when spending this money on my house. The warranty offered is also outstanding which was another deciding factor for me.

We had two bathrooms updated by Mad City - a new bathtub and new shower. Sales process was thorough and left us feeling good about choosing them. It was a five week wait, but they warned us about that. The crew was on site three days. On top of their game and patient with questions. They weren’t the cheapest bid but we’re 100% satisfied. The lifetime guarantee is also a big plus.

Overall great service. The windows are great quality. We did have an issue with an installer on the second set we had put in but the company worked with us very well and all of our concerns were resolved in a timely manner. It was to the point where they had to pull out and re install one huge window. The did all of the for the 2nd time on their dollar there was no extra charge to me. It was well worth the money spent for these windows.

We purchased some new windows and 2 sliding glass doors from Mad City and are very happy with our experience. Everyone we dealt with from the salesman to the installation crew were very friendly & professional. They had supervisors checking the work and making sure all of our questions were answered. The windows and doors we purchased are high quality. You cannot feel the cold coming around the windows or doors and they are made of high quality materials. Can't wait to do more renovations with Mad City! Highly recommend!

I'll spare you the "i don't hardly ever write review" story ( it's true) although by even mentioning it, I guess I didn't spare you after all. We were looking to get our basement shower ( standard "cheap" 3 piece ) replaced. I looked at doing it myself, didn't like the looks of it, and started exploring other options. Mad City was one of the first places we looked - honestly, because their advertising was everywhere. Their service and execution was exemplary - I was initially a little concerned about handoffs -one visit from the salesman to get the basics and options we wanted - basic measurements and cost (I'll get back to cost later) one visit from the measurement and spec guy and a third visit from the actual installer. I cannot stress enough how simple this whole process was. I had some water damage to the drywall from the initial install and a few other quirky transition items that I was concerned about. The "full service" pledge - all permits (building permit and plumbing permit), disposal, alterations...all seemed too good to be true. We have had the shower for several months now - it gets used daily - and I do not have a singe issue with it - well, cost. I would have liked to paid less, but this is certainly a case of you get what you pay for. The only work I did was talk and sign paperwork. I am beyond pleased with the final product and everyone was fantastic to work with. My expectations, which were already high at the outset - were exceeded.

This was a positive experience. Caleb kept me informed of every step. He was professional, friendly and finished the job in a timely manner. My kitchen cabinets are a huge improvement and would recommend Mad City with no hesitation.

The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves — you’d never even know they were here except for the beautiful new windows!
