Pete M. from NEWPRO just finished installing a walk in shower for me. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the beyond excellent service he provided. Personable, professional, reliable, meticulous... the list could go on. The shower is gorgeous and the guarantees are solid. For me, a big selling point for NEWPRO is everything is done in house with no outside contractors. They even have their own repair teams should you ever need one. Everyone i dealt with was super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!

I recently had New Pro install siding and windows on my house. The sales representative was always a phone call away and returned any calls immediately if I had any questions. The crews were also very skilled and did walk arounds with me frequently to see if everything was what I wanted. They were also very knowledgeable about the installation and completed the work fast. I would highly recommend this company if you want the job done right.

Tub, to shower install. Nothing ever goes as planned for us. What we thought would be a simple tub to walk in spa turned into much much more. The Newpro team took charge and made all our plumbing nightmares come out amazing. After removing the tub we found the plumbing was not to code, not safe, was leaking. This old house (on a slab) gave for some challenging work, breaking concrete, re doing the laundry to code, fixing the toilet and shower plumbing. I cant say enough about the team and the hours they put in, they kept us informed every step of the way and worked hard to get our bath back together, I want to personally that Ron, Paul, Pete, Rafael for the time, dedication and the attention to detail they put in. Bravo 👏🏼. We are extremely satisfied and will be using you for our next renovation/transformation.

5 yr old walk in tub started leaky from the door, got a prompt response from Newpro and Al R was our technician, he was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. After talking to the service department and leaving for the a short time he came back and replaced the door hinge. He was quick and clean, you'd never know he was there. If his repairs don't solve the problem I hope he's the tech that has to come back. Thank you, Al. The Schena's.
