5 yr old walk in tub started leaky from the door, got a prompt response from Newpro and Al R was our technician, he was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. After talking to the service department and leaving for the a short time he came back and replaced the door hinge. He was quick and clean, you'd never know he was there. If his repairs don't solve the problem I hope he's the tech that has to come back. Thank you, Al. The Schena's.

These are the pictures of the patio door installation the new pro contractor did in our home last February 2024.
This new pro consultant misled us about the company’s high ethical standards and the quality of products and service they sell which is why they charge you more than what you can get from other companies. We were sold by the way he described handling of this project. However, when the door arrived it was a totally different story. It was made of cheap quality materials and the installer they sent to do the job was an inexperienced dude who broke parts of the door where it didn’t fit. To cut the story short we are still struggling to get this sorted out and it’s been over a year 2025 April. I am taking time to write this review just so people are careful in choosing the right businesses so you don’t end up in a mess like we did.

Very pleased with the tub replacement job. Jay, the salesman was great and helpful. Darrell and Pete were awesome. They showed up on time, answered questions, worked in a professional manner. Took time to prep the floors and rugs. Did a great job cleaning up when they were done. And I was quite amazed at how Darrell's truck was organized and neat. Excellent job and we will definitely recommend them and use them for future projects.

Initially, I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but I’ve come to realize that companies need to hear honest feedback—especially when things go wrong—so future clients, families, and hardworking people don’t go through the same experience.
We had a consultation for window replacements back in January. The sales pitch was top notch, and we signed on, feeling confident in our decision. Fast forward to April: no emails, no paperwork, no letters, no communication at all. Then, out of the blue, we received a text just one week before the installation date—far too short notice to make proper arrangements.
On the day of the install, a crew of two arrived and dropped off 15 windows, leaning them against our garbage bins on the side of the house. The wind even knocked some over. After the first day, they moved the remaining windows—placing them directly on top of my flowerbeds, crushing all of my seasonal bulbs.
By day two, only one worker showed up, and it ultimately took four days to complete the installation. We had to escalate the situation to upper management before the work was even finished due to serious issues: windows installed backwards, poor finishing, nails and debris everywhere. It was shocking to see this level of work—especially after paying nearly $30,000.
Upper management assured us they would “make it right” after I sent pictures of the unfinished and sloppy work. They offered a gift card for our troubles, but all I ever wanted was for the job to be done properly. While one worker did his best, even working through bad weather, the entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
To make matters worse, we’ve received no follow-up calls from upper management to check on us as clients, no email apology, and no gift card as promised.
Once the work is fully and properly completed, I will update this review. But as of now, we’re still left with an unfinished job and a lot of regret.

They scammed me. They ruined my floor, walls and ceiling, things kept changing and they over charged and then ghosted me. 27000. To ruin my bathroom. Never do business with them . I am currently starting litigation to get my money back.
