North Country Windows & Baths

We had North Country install a new walk-in shower. They whole process was painless because of these great people. The lady who came out to give us the bid was very polite and informative. She answered all of our questions and never seemed impatient with us. When we called the office to set up financing, again, the lady that helped us was also very informative. She worked to get us the best option for us. She made sure that we got the paperwork via email and that we got it all taken care of. She also has been very helpful after the process the make sure we were satisfied with what was happening. When the gentleman came out to do the final measuring, he also answered our questions and never showed any signs of impatience. They called us when our shower came in and set up installation. The install team showed up on time and went to work, there were two men. They also were patient and answered questions. They made sure to keep as much of the dust as possible confined in the bathroom. They also didn't leave a mess to be cleaned up in the house. There was no trail of footprints in our carpet and the bathroom was also pretty clean. After the install was finished they explained how everything worked. We have been using the new shower for about two weeks and are very happy with it. I would highly recommend North Country to any one.

To say I'm thrilled, is an understatement! Storm damage is never fun, and the ensuing process of an insurance claim is even worse. Drew was absolutely fantastic to work with, providing very reasonable options to choose from. He knew I was in a must do situation, but was low pressure and made sure I understood all options even calling the owner while on site with questions on feasibility with my oversized windows! That was just the FIRST STEP. After that, everyone I worked with was absolutely amazing! Tina made sure financing was a smooth process, and kept me updated regularly. Marco and team were FUN... yes, installers were FUN to be around! They were polite, interacted, answered any and all questions and left the job site cleaner than they found it! Everyone was friendly, kind, and courteous throughout the whole process and made sure everything was taken care of! AND THE WINDOWS!!! High quality, and craftmanship from window to install. I have an immediate benefit of a more quiet, temperature comfortable home, not to mention they completely updated the look of my house! These windows were truly a silver lining to the horrible hail storm. I HIGHLY recommend working with this company, they are a gem!!

We are so happy with our shower from North Country Windows & Baths! It is absolutely beautiful! As a busy night shift RN, my favorite thing to do after work is to take a nice relaxing shower! Coming home to a beautiful, serene and large shower has been lovely and so relaxing!
From step one it was so easy working with North Country! Derek, in sales, was informative and answered all our questions. Tina, in finance, made sure everything went smoothly and was set up the way we wanted. Lastly, our installer, Bayley, was so friendly and incredibly fast while also doing a great job! We highly recommend North Country Windows and Doors! Not only are our new windows, storm door and front door amazing, but the entire process was so smooth. Derek came to our home and looked at what we were needing. He was great at explaining the products and pointing out things we had not thought of. The gentleman who came to measure and the gals who called from the company were super nice. They all deserve the 5 stars for sure! The install crew however deserves 5+ stars with a cherry on top!! Tony and the 2 young gentleman who spent 2 days at our home installing our windows and doors were absolutely fantastic. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. They communicated along the way. We heard them say more than once that they do things the way they would do in their own homes. They cleaned up. We feel they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Plus they were a lot of fun to have around! Start to finish, we are super impressed! Excellent customer service. I was most impressed with the sales experience. I felt like they listened to what I needed and worked with me to reach a price I was comfortable with. There was no pressure to purchase which made the decision easier. The install process was smooth and the installers were courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up after they were done and made sure to answer all my questions. The support after install was excellent. I wish I would have done this sooner.

From start to finish, it was as smooth as possible! We are extremely pleased with the sales person who came to our home, the person who came to measure, and definitely the installer Clark! One of the many impressive selling points for us was the longevity of the people who have worked there. The windows came in a month earlier than anticipated, which was a wonderful surprise. Clark did a great job of getting them installed quickly and with no mess. We are very happy with the facelift our house received thus enhancing curb appeal, how quiet it has made the inside of our house and we look forward to better energy efficiency! Outstanding presentation of the products including samples to see which made it easier to imagine how the product will appear in my house. Excellent pricing compared with their competitors who appear to offer lesser quality products. The overall presentation by the sales rep (Dan) was very convincing and very much appreciated (I am in sales as well, so I appreciate good sales presentations). When they arrived for installation the crew was very professional, clean and did an excellent job. Everything looks so nice, I will use this company again in the future without hesitation. My wife and I are very satisfied with the outcome of the bathroom remodel. The crew was polite and professional while doing an excellent job. In addition, we are extremely happy with the installation of the patio door.

After evaluating 6 companies for four replacement windows, I settled on North Country. From my evaluations i found North Country to be the most geniune and honest. North Country was a great choice and I am extremely happy with the results. All of the staff that I interacted with from the sales rep, to the office staff, and the installers were attentive with excellent customer service. I highly recommend North Country and I do plan to use this company for future projects.
