I've been using the company for a while and I don't have any complaints.
The techs have always been pleasant and respectful and given me all the information I need to make good decisions about my HVAC needs.
I love how they put the booties on when they come in the house to keep the floor clean.
They are affordable and offered great financing that met the needs of my budget.

Outstanding service from wonderful people. From the pleasant voice on the phone that takes my service calls, to the prompt follow-ups and service visits, this company always exceeds my expectations.
I have cats in my house( of course being an animal lover) and the techs are always mindful of not letting them out the door when they come in and out
They've maintained being professional all while being rubbed up against by my free-loving felines.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with One Hour Air after being a loyal customer. Despite multiple visits, they consistently failed to bring the proper equipment—specifically a tall enough ladder—and made me provide one myself. I was even put in a position to hold the ladder for their technician’s safety. Repeated promises to correct these issues were never honored, and poor communication, multiple no-shows, unprofessional behavior from management and staff, and disorganized scheduling persisted. Eventually, a manager rudely informed me they would no longer service my home because they couldn’t bring a ladder and advised me to contact a commercial company instead, even though I’m in a residential place. This was despite their own technicians confirming they had the capability. While some of the techs themselves were great, the customer service and management were rude, unprofessional, and completely disconnected. I later hired another company who came fully prepared, identified a critical issue One Hour Air missed entirely, and resolved everything efficiently. I would not recommend One Hour Air to anyone—they wasted so much of my time, money, failed to deliver, and ultimately treated a loyal customer with complete disregard. Should’ve read the other reviews on them because they’re just as bad.

Rocky was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. If I had a choice I’d have him come out every time. I started using 1 hour in 2024 when my ac went out and ended up get there membership because they arrive in a timely manner, are very professional and decently priced as far as I can tell. And it all seems worth it because we live in Texas and in the summer you can’t survive unless you have ac!

One Hour Air is the best! Ze came and did our regular check-up. All of the folks at One Hour are more than capable and know their business. The front office staff does an excellent job at communicating with their customer base. I love being able to schedule appointments and communicate with them for any reason by text. Thanks, Ze for doing a great job and advising us on greater ways to improve our HVAC efficiency. We've already implemented your first recommendation and we're looking into our options for implementing the other!

Robert representing One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating… Performed a warranty repair on a coolant leak that developed from a cooling coil replacement last fall. Robert completed the repair without cost to me, and did the most professional job. I will continue my years long customer relationship, as this customer experience is above and beyond… Proof that One Hour is a great company and their technicians are exemplary!

Bryce H. was dispatched and was quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue. Provided thorough explanation and education of the issue and options for repair/replacement. Still haven't made a decision as it's been 5min since he left, but seems like an ideal choice of company to hire with great staff. At this point, would absolutely recommend.

We have a rental house that was built in 1950 so it has some issues. Whenever the tenant calls regarding those issues One Hour Air is incredibly responsive - even if I contact them at 6:30pm. They call me with updates and send lots of pictures and videos so I know exactly what is going on and they are very up front about the costs. They are the best.

In June 2022 we called One hour air to look at our homes air conditioning system. They made the recommendation to replaced both of our heating and a/c system to the cost $22k. Which we did, with a guarantee that we would have a 10 year warranty on parts and 2 year warranty for labor.
Two weeks ago the blower would kick on then shut down immediately. We called One Hour to come look at the unit.
They sent Rocky S. nice guy and friendly he diagnosed the issue as a bad blower motor,(in 15 minutes). He quoted us that it was going to cost $1160.00 . He said that was the labor to replace the unit.
The motor lasted barley 2 years we keep the filters clean and we clean the vents. Rocky even said we did nothing wrong. His thought was there must have been a power spike to the unit.
He returned the next day and less than a hour to replace the blower motor and clean up.
I am positive that we did pay for the blower motor since we were not given bill with both parts and labor just the flat fee of $1160.00 and a addition bill of $89.00 for the service fee.
I called and talked to the "office manager" and asked for a break down for services and labor was refused any other explanation. I was told they never claimed to be the cheapest company.
I do not get upset when a man can do his job well and his skill and experience help him to work quickly.
I do know when I have been taken advantage of and sadly I feel like that happened here, I am highly disappointed .

I truly appreciate the kind, courteous interaction I had with Olivia today! I'm about to have service performed at my house, and I truly believe that this company will do a phenomenal job! I'll update this review once everything is done!
