It's been a long road, since having my HVAC system put into my house in 2021. I've had many technicians come out and trying to fix issues that popped up consistently. One hour is always been very patient and working with me it all hours of the day and night. But it's been a trial for 4 years trying to figure out what maybe be the problem that keeps having my unit shut down. After speaking with managers and general managers I believe now they have finally solved the issue but Terry one of their technician has been calming spirit during these trials. Very effective very knowledgeable and more importantly with the leadership of 1 hour in his knowledge hopefully now they have fixed the issue. So I pray for calmer Waters in the future and more importantly an effective and well running HVAC system. Thank you Terry thank you 1 hour AC. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Terry came out to determine why the A/C was not working at 8pm on a Wednesday night. He determined that we had a recurring problem with the compressor. After researching our previous issue, the company decided to extend the warranty and actually replaced our outside unit with another system entirely. The work was done very professionally and all landscaping back to normal! We are very happy with the results! We did pay for the original service call, but the system warranty being extended was well worth the price!

Today on 07/30/2025 Mr.Caleb came out and brought a A/C unit and placed it in our window. What a great guy it was a super honor to meet him,very down to earth!!! He will be the James Bond hero that can fix anything and make sure that your day going great!! Thank you again Mrs. Amanda for all your help and caring for the universe you Rock!! I want to give thanks to your company and mangers for their help!!! New up date Mr.Rocky Smith was like the boxer Sugar Ray Leonard with our crazy AC unit!! The fight only took less than a second. I didn't even have enough time to eat 1 hand of fresh butter popcorn!!! That is how the fight went down. Everything went great and we learned that our Ac need just some more power with some TLC for the fuse box. What a great person Mr.Rocky Smith!!! /Mr.Robert Hoffman, he was like Tom Cruise and Goose coming to save the day in a F-14 Tomcat showing all his awesome talents!! I have to give Mr.Robert Hoffman 3 A+! He was very down to earth ,and had a smooth kick ass awesome leader personality!!! We need more great people like him in this crazy universe!!! The CEO should be very proud of Mr.Robert Hoffman and give him a $5.00 raise, because he was the true reflection of greatness of your company!!!! Why call for Ironman or Captain America ? Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!
We recently had a new AC installed by One Hour Air and Heat, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. From the initial sale to the final touches, every team member was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.
Justin and John were the first to come out and helped us get everything set up. It was a blazing 100°F that day, and they made sure we got a new unit installed the same day, remotely hours after their visit—huge lifesavers!
Josh and Brayden handled the original installation and came back a few days later to disconnect and reconnect the unit while we patched the concrete. They were prompt, courteous, and did a clean job both times.
Brandon was also part of the original install team and did a fantastic job helping get everything in place.
Every technician was knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and made sure the work was done right. One Hour Air and Heat is a top-notch company with a truly dependable team.
We also have a duct cleaning scheduled with One Hour at the end of August after our windows get replaced and we can't wait to see the difference it makes in the dust and our homes air quality.

Terry came out last night and back this morning to complete the job. Terry is wonderful very nice, polite great service tech. My dog loved him and he liked my Jack Russell crazy dog! What a GREAT experience and a GREAT company. Our technician, Mr. Rocky Smith, came out promptly and not only fixed our unit, but walked me through step by step, and taught me measures that I can take to prevent the issue in the future. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in repair and maintenance. We have a toddler at home, so having a consistent A/C unit is crucial. Never once did I feel I was being upsold, just genuine, fair pricing all the way around. Highly recommend One Hour Air to anyone looking - and especially Mr. Smith as a technician. We will certainly be using them for all of our future needs.

From the beginning when we called for help, the lady who took the service call was very professional and asked the right questions. She informed that they are very busy, but they will service us that same day. She also informed that we would receive a text when the service techs are on their way.
I was surprised when the The GM and and VP of the company showed up and were actually taking service calls because of the high volume of calls.
The guys were professional and very efficient. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a very fair price before doing the work allowing me to decide if I wanted them to go forward.
We were impressed by everything they had done, so of course we told them to do the job.
They were courteous and even wore covers on their shoes before entering our home.
