Love my new shower. Only regret was not updating sooner. Michael met with me and his service and professionalism made it an easy decision that this was company I wanted to do business with. Doug soon came out to do final measurements. After product came in, Doug Clark came back and like a fine craftsman with meticulous detail, installed my shower. it is upstairs and my other neighbors used different companies and had issues of leaks downstairs. There were no leaks after Doug left. None. I just wish I did this sooner. My outdated porcelain tub made it a nightmare because surface was super slippery. After having knee surgery last year, I could not bathe in shower with risk of injury. With this shower and with the handles it included, I could have managed easily. it is a joy to shower. Best decision made last year for home improvement. Thank you Doug Clark for your professionalism, experience and expertise. Great company, good people

Received initial consultation from representative Damon this morning, 30th August. Damon is very professional with the whole process and knowledgeable with my decision of bath to walk-in shower conversion. He explained in detail my options and pricing of all materials and labor services. Damon also helped me with the total cost incentives by decreasing the amount by conversion with ownership

Update to review...installation of bathroom walking shower started on 10 October and completed 11 October. Installer Doug Clark is a one man crew, very professional and meticulous in his craft. Each day of installation, Doug was on time to start working. Quality of installation is excellent and I'm very happy with how every detail installed is of high modern materials. Looks like i spoke to someone from this company before... this time around I went for it because I felt that I had better options. The install went great! Doug was very careful, laid down for coverings, and protected the sink in the bathroom. He explained what he was doing and I felt comfortable with what he was doing. Great job! Today we asked Damon from Optum Home Solutions to come to our home in Arcadia to give us an estimate for replacing our 1958 windows and doors. He was so professional, not pushy and incredibly thorough with all his explanations. When I had questions he answered them in a couple of ways and showed samples until he was sure I understood the inner workings. Optum Home Solutions is an excellent company to work with when deciding upon completing shower renovations. This is my 3rd shower renovation I’ve completed with them. They did two showers in my former home and now completed a shower renovation on my new home. They were extremely kind and courteous; they know their business! The materials are beautiful and they explained everything throughout the process. My installer; Doug Clark was AMAZING!!! He came to my home to both do final measurements and completed the installation of my new shower. My shower is absolutely beautiful!! Doug was extremely kind and was very respectful while in my home and explained everything to me. He made me comfortable with the process and experience. I would highly recommend to anyone to use Optum Home Solutions; I have a guest bathtub/shower that needs renovated, to match the one I completed. I will contact them soon to discuss it.

I received a call from Optum this week about a great deal they could do on my guest bathroom. Damon came and helped me with my requests and Michael the manager gave me an amazing deal in order to complete my bath renovations in my home. I requested Doug Clark to come back to complete the install because he was amazing as well. I’m so excited that Optum reached out to me, so I can complete my renovation!!! Again, I highly recommend Optum Home Solutions to anyone who desires a refresh of their bathroom. Thank you again Optum! 😁

Optum is Arizona owned and operated. They guarantee their work with a lifetime warranty, which is a nice piece of mind. They have been in business for over 40 years. Damon was a wonderful sales rep. He took the time to listen to our vision and he worked with us on making the job fit into our budget. I love our master bathroom remodel that they did 2 years ago and now we are using them for our downstairs bathroom remodel. They keep everything clean while doing the job and they are respectful when coming into our home. I would absolutely recommend Optum for your home remodeling needs.
