My first experience using Pace. I always prefer using local business and Pace did not disappoint. I had some doors replaced and Pace did a fantastic job from beginning to end. The doors and installation are top notch. Every person I spoke to in the company was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me prompt service. Special shout out to Andy our installer. Great person and technician!! 5 stars all the way around. Highly recommend using Pace.

I have used Pace windows since 2006. Each time the window quality gets better and the installation teams have all been great. This last team was great with answering all my questions. (I always have a lot!) I had an independent glass consultant analyze my windows and was told that they are the best you can get residential. Very pleased to hear that!

Our experience with Pace was excellent through all phases. Andy, our sales rep, has a wealth of knowledge that he shared with us. He gave us a great explanation of the entire process. We are so very pleased with the replacement windows and patio sliding door that Pace installed for us! Sales representative Glen was very knowledgeable as he walked us through every step of the process. Installers Rich (windows) and Andy (door) were both extremely polite, professional and courteous. They both took great care in protecting all of the areas they worked in, and their clean up was amazing! You would have never known they were here!

Have recently thought of upgrading my windows at home. Totally 13 windows. I had a great meeting with their sales rep and immediately ordered. The factory called about few days ago for installation. I was surprised that the windows were ready in about 5weeks. Dan and James came for installation of the windows on a Friday morning. They showed up around 8am. Did a fantastic job of protecting the carpet and all areas. Completed the job in about 7hrs. What a great job, me and my family were very impressed with their quality of work. The immediate noticeable difference is that the windows completely blocked the outside noise and house became so quiet. We can't even hear the chimes outside our main door. I am pretty confident that it would be very effective to hold temperature as well. We are very excited about this upgrade and definitely recommend.

We could not be more pleased with our Pace Windows experience! We initially consulted Pace as we had recently purchased a new home & a few of the windows (the only functioning windows) had been replaced by Pace about 10 years prior. The replaced windows were still in excellent condition so we felt that was a good indication of quality/longevity when replacing the remaining original (1984) windows. Scheduling the consult was easy/timely & Larry in sales came directly to our home. Larry was extremely thorough explaining the product features, pricing, & process. He was professional, honest, & answered each of our questions in a way that was tangible/easy to understand. He took his time & never made us feel rushed or pressured. One of the biggest selling points for us was that everything is done by Pace; selling, manufacturing, installation, etc. 1st of all we like to support local business, but 2nd — that eliminates a great deal of “passing the buck” if something goes wrong. Our windows were made in a matter of weeks & scheduling the instillation was a breeze. The installers (Michael & Harold) were fantastic. They were highly professional, timely, & respectful of our home. They explained everything step by step & checked in often to ensure we were satisfied. Their work was of the highest quality & we could not be happier with our new windows! We highly recommend Pace & the excellent customer service provided by Larry, Michael, & Harold!

I got a few quotes for an entry door and a large window replacement job, but when Pace came out to give me an estimate, there was just a whole different vibe! Andy Gray was so personable, accommodating and professional. He came in with quotes so reasonable and fair, yet the lifetime warranty and being treated like family really sealed the deal for me. He bent over backwards to make me feel like my window and door job mattered to him. I am happy to say we went with Pace, and a huge thank you to Andy!!!
