Have recently thought of upgrading my windows at home. Totally 13 windows. I had a great meeting with their sales rep and immediately ordered. The factory called about few days ago for installation. I was surprised that the windows were ready in about 5weeks. Dan and James came for installation of the windows on a Friday morning. They showed up around 8am. Did a fantastic job of protecting the carpet and all areas. Completed the job in about 7hrs. What a great job, me and my family were very impressed with their quality of work. The immediate noticeable difference is that the windows completely blocked the outside noise and house became so quiet. We can't even hear the chimes outside our main door. I am pretty confident that it would be very effective to hold temperature as well. We are very excited about this upgrade and definitely recommend.

We could not be more pleased with our Pace Windows experience! We initially consulted Pace as we had recently purchased a new home & a few of the windows (the only functioning windows) had been replaced by Pace about 10 years prior. The replaced windows were still in excellent condition so we felt that was a good indication of quality/longevity when replacing the remaining original (1984) windows. Scheduling the consult was easy/timely & Larry in sales came directly to our home. Larry was extremely thorough explaining the product features, pricing, & process. He was professional, honest, & answered each of our questions in a way that was tangible/easy to understand. He took his time & never made us feel rushed or pressured. One of the biggest selling points for us was that everything is done by Pace; selling, manufacturing, installation, etc. 1st of all we like to support local business, but 2nd — that eliminates a great deal of “passing the buck” if something goes wrong. Our windows were made in a matter of weeks & scheduling the instillation was a breeze. The installers (Michael & Harold) were fantastic. They were highly professional, timely, & respectful of our home. They explained everything step by step & checked in often to ensure we were satisfied. Their work was of the highest quality & we could not be happier with our new windows! We highly recommend Pace & the excellent customer service provided by Larry, Michael, & Harold!

I got a few quotes for an entry door and a large window replacement job, but when Pace came out to give me an estimate, there was just a whole different vibe! Andy Gray was so personable, accommodating and professional. He came in with quotes so reasonable and fair, yet the lifetime warranty and being treated like family really sealed the deal for me. He bent over backwards to make me feel like my window and door job mattered to him. I am happy to say we went with Pace, and a huge thank you to Andy!!!

Absolutely the worst sales experience i have ever had. To start, the sales person Larry was a just a sleazy salesman. He made his whole sales pitch on how paces windows were a superior product and warranty , i told him i wanted a day to look things over and make the deal was everything i wanted. He has the audacity to look at my girlfriend, who he knew didnt live at the house, right in Front of me and go “what will it take to get this done?” To try to push the sale through. Here’s some advice larry, you could try showing some respect to the person your talking to and who’s paying for the work. Then when the door was installed the deadbolt was rough to get into the locked position and the installer told me its just that the door is new and needs to be broken in , which seemed odd, but everything seemed in working order. Now here we are 2 years later and the deadbolt on their “superior” product is broken in the locked state and the door cant be opened. I called them and put in a request for the door to be repaired and was told some one would call me back. The next morning i get a text, not from their support, but from Larry telling me i have a $500 gift card to spend on more crappy Pace products if i spend $2500 more. I told him id rather they supported their product instead of trying to sell me more. Now after that they got a repairman out (who was nice and did what he could) to replace the guts on the lock and fix the door frame that was either made poorly or installed poorly or probably both. now the lock works, but the area for the locking mechanism looks like it was butchered. Awesome, i will never buy from Pace again, i should have just gone with Comfort windows and doors and gotten a quality product.

Don't buy from them. Customer service sucks apparently the manager steve Abramson has step down and a guy named Luis took over and no longer upholding previous warranties and wants to charge before coming out. I bought 6 windows years agog and in in 2022 they did come service 3 of the windows that devolved leaks and those started leaking again last year. This guy Luis told me since my contractor installed the windows I have pay but I talked to Mr Abramson talked before I bought and he said not to worry about it the warranty we got it. I tried to explain to this guy Luis that their people in stalled the new glass. He further said the old installer manager made mistakes for sending their guy out. I did like the company when I first delta with them now everything Mr. Abramson started is no longer.

The whole experience was top notch. The salesman was thorough and efficient. The windows were ready & installed within the date range they predicted. The windows are great! We're loving them because they replaced 1962 windows which were in poor shape. The installers did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves and the windows look great, inside and out. I would definitely recommend Pace to all my friends.

Needed some new awning windows for our house and was getting estimates. The first place wanted almost as much for 4 windows as they charged us for 8 double-hung windows.
Larry came out and demonstrated their heat shield glass and that was a big selling point. They were also about $1,000 cheaper than the other estimate and they make their own windows, not farm them out to a 3rd-party to make.
They cane right out and got the correct measurements and we had the windows instaledl in about 5 weeks.
The installer, Tom, was very careful not to make a mess in the house as he was going in and out.
Everyone there was very friendly and professional and we are very happy with the windows we purchased.

In 2017 I had my windows replaced at my home. I was very happy with the entire process and the windows. My mother had seen windows and asked me to call Pace for a quote for her house in 2024. My mother had 11 windows installed on 4-26-24. In September I called Pace and talked to Louis and explained the kitchen window frosted excessively compared to all other new windows. Also, bugs are entering from outside of house through the window and screen. Window on outside screen on inside. He asked me to send pictures by email. I sent email to Louis with pictures on September 29th. He emailed back and said there is nothing they can do and sorry for the bugs. He sent me some info on condensation. What an insult. I have live in 6 different homes and several apartments and have not experienced this. I was just asking Pace to send someone out at their convenience to fix this window for my mother. This is the action by Pace after customer requests repair with lifetime warranty? My mother paid a substantial amount of money and would like the window fixed. When repair is made I will change review.

Was glad we decided to get an estimate from Pace! Larry gave us a great presentation on their heat shield windows and the price was less than we had gotten from another company. Came out to get the final measurements and our windows were here in about 5 weeks. Set us a convenient time for installation and Tome came out to do the job. Arrive at time promised, was professional and careful of our house...laid material down where he was walking, very neat in cleaning up after he was done with each window and show us how they worked.
Can't say enough nice things about their treating us as a valued customer, even though it was our first purchase with them. Will definitely go back to them when we need more windows. IN hindsight, wish had used them last year when we had windows installed, but didn't think to have them come out. The company last year installed 8 double hung windows and wanted to charge us about the same price for 4 awning style windows. Pace came in much lower and their warranty is much better. You won't be sorry if you "Replace with Pace"!

Homeowner here with 45 years experience of dealing with contractors. Pace offers a great product with a warranty that cannot be beat. Needed service once: office(Priscilla) handled service request promptly, communicated service date after parts were ordered and showed up as promised. The service(Ritchie) was wonderful! Worked neatly, installed parts while explaining the repair needed. Such a positive experience!
