Let me tell you from the minute the salesman came to our home till the windows were installed, we have only the best recommendation for this wonderful company. The salesman was so knowledgeable and I learned so much from him. He had a great suggestion for putting black trim on the outside of our windows. It certainly made the windows pop and it really looks great. The installers were efficient and cleaned up everything before they left. The price was right and the warranty is great. I would highly recommend this family friendly business.

I am sure that many homeowners who are looking at window replacements have been thinking about it for a long time. It is sad to know that prices keep going up and quality has kept Pace. Why this is sad is that everybody wants top quality for the lowest price.. Yes I know this is irrational at its core, but that's the way it is.
When we decided to go with Pinnacle for our window replacements, it was because the cost of each window was really not that much. There was cash and credit to Cover the price of the installation. The representative was extremely forthcoming and gave us the feeling that we were making the right decision. The measurement tech came out twice to double check that they had the window sizes absolutely correct.
The windows were custom-made, and Two technicians came out with all of the windows. They were organized and quick and they cleaned up very well after themselves. We didn't see a single piece of extra paper, plastic, sawdust or what have you. They were done in about six hours. They took no breaks in that time that I could see And they really went well beyond the call of duty by adding a final set of flashing on a window that we were not 100% sure we wanted to do at the point of sale.

Our experience with Pinnacle was outstanding. It started with an honest sales person. We needed to replace the vinyl siding on our house. The consultation visit to get an estimate was a no pressure appointment we were not pressed to make our decision that evening with scare tactics that price given was only good for a decision made that night. Like the fact windows have insulation in the interior of the window and a great warranty. Professional install finished the 10 windows we replaced in 1 day and they did am excellent job cleaning up debris and hauled off old windows.
