Platinum did a great job servicing my 10+ year old furnace and overall HVAC system. Best of all, their techs alerted me to a propane leak in my yard (which wasn't even part of their inspection). I'm super grateful that they were here and had such attention to detail/care for my home. 10/10 would recommend!

We had Platinum install a new HVAC almost two months ago. They are local to me in Limerick.

They are an amazing company from customer service, sales, to the techs who installed the system to the maintenance techs. Max and Will just left, and they gave me so much knowledge on my new system, as they checked to make sure everything is running perfectly, as it was.

Our heating system stopped blowing hot air one freezing night. The next morning, I Google searched for a HVAC company with excellent reviews and found Platinum Plumbing. I let them know we had radiator heat as back-up so not an emergency but I would like to get scheduled for service. They called me within an hour and schedule a service for the following day. WOW!

Max sent me a "20 minute text alert". I was a couple of minutes away so getting home was not a problem. He looked at the unit in the attic and outside and identified two issues. He took the time to explain his findings and provided an estimate. I asked him about a filter discount and he checked their inventory. They didn't have the filter size my unit required but then he went the extra mile and found a filter bundle that was $25 less than what I previously bought. Max also highly recommended that I get a Service Agreement for my Heat Pump/AC unit (I had one a couple of months ago but was not satisfied with the service). I was very impressed with his thoroughness. The heat is now back on and next week I'll contact Platinum Plumbing and Heating about a service agreement.

A couple of weeks ago my HVAC unit just wasn't firing so I had sporadic to no heat at all. David and Luke arrived and spent some time investigating and found the problem and solved it. I asked a lot of questions and they were very informative, helpful and professional! I also really appreciated the effort to get the needed part ordered and installed ASAP. Now I am happy and warm and toasty at home, Thanks David and Luke!

With a great smile, pleasant demeanor, and didn’t leave until he knew that everything was resolved. Platinum did a great job on the tune-up for our air conditioning/heating system. The technicians, David and Luke, were professional and communicated well regarding any issues they found. They answered all of my questions and were even able to fix a small issue with our system on the same day they came out for the tune-up! The work they did was great! I also appreciated how they showed me pictures of their work so I wasn’t pulled away from having to care for my child. I highly recommend Platinum Plumbing and Heating Inc!

Ethan and his assistant delivered exceptional service during the installation of new piping for our HWH connections, addressing wear and tear, as well as replacing valves and a faucet on a pedestal sink. Nick, his assistant, was instrumental in ensuring the sink was reinstalled to the wall and caulked properly. They went above and beyond by touching up the paint with some leftover we had on hand. Throughout the process, both individuals maintained a high level of professionalism, providing clear communication at every step. Additionally, they offered detailed quotes for future projects we are considering.

The company's responsiveness was equally impressive, promptly returning our calls and making scheduling seamless. They honored their commitments by arriving as scheduled. We will certainly be returning customers. Excellent work all around.

First, the initial phone call was answered with the caring and professionalism that I wish was commonplace, but all too often is missing. I immediately knew I was in good hands. David G texted when he was on his way and from the moment he entered the house, his professionalism and caring was displayed. I had a clogged condensate pipe that caused moderate flooding in basement. Clearing the clog was easy, and he presented me with some fixes that would shut down the system if a clog happened in the future (These should have been done with the original installation but were not). I highly recommend Platinum and especially David G.
