I used Platinum plumbing for a water heater issue. The technician Jacob was awesome. He explained what he was going to fix and and what the issue was. He kept me informed the entire way and he did awesome work and is an awesome person. It was so nice just to have a regular conversation with him. He's a family man and that's how I think of Platinum in whole as a company. That's why I love platinum, awesome people with awesome results. 5 Years ago I had a back up battery sump pump and lines put in. Keith was awesome as well and the unit is till working great. Strongest recommendation for Platinum.

We've had a long relationship with Platinum taking care of our plumbing and AC needs for the past decade. They're always prompt, very professional and do a great job. Just had a visit from Will Morrison who did a great job servicing our aging AC system and getting it back into shape for the summer. I've always highly recommended Platinum and have given them numerous referrals over the years. This is the best plumbing and AC company in the area in my opinion.

Will Morrison was sent out to my house for a second opinion on a quote I received from another company to replace two parts on my A/C. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything to me very clearly. His quote was not only far less than the other company, but I did not need both parts replaced. I was VERY satisfied with his work and joined their discount program for future work. I give Will and Platinum 5 stars!

Ethan and his assistant did an amazing job installing my new high efficiency power vent natural gas water heater. They came out and gave me a free quote. Took an additional 10% off when I signed up to have my HVAC serviced by them too. The job only took half a day, and they left the place spotless. Couldn't recommend a better plumbing crew.

Before it gets extremely hot this summer we contacted Platinum Air Conditioning to check out our unit. They sent technician Will M. Who we found to be very knowledgeable in his line of work. First we found out the unit is 12 years old which we didn’t realize and second after careful review of the unit by Will. We agreed to have him install two parts that will keep the unit from a possible breakdown in the future. We can feel good now this Summer running our unit without worry of anything happening to it. Thank you Platinum for sending Will who understands your needs and concern.

Platinum was quick and easy to setup an appointment. We didn’t have to wait weeks.
Will, our technician, was GREAT. He was personable and professional. He quickly assessed our heater and ac systems. He provided some good suggestions on recommended actions to keep our system in good shape.
The reasons for only a 3 star rating are two reasons
First is the constant spamming. Do not use this company unless you want a new daily email buddy. We tend to pick contractors that respect our privacy.
The second issue was their pricing. While Will was fantastic, it seems even he was hard pressed to justify a $700 charge for 60-90 minute service visit. There was a $200 charge to replace the capacitor (again). Second time this has needed replacement. When questioned on the cost, the response was, it was very involved. This seems to indicate that if it was an hour of “easy” work it would be less. An hourly rate seems pretty straightforward. While here, I asked for a quote for some additional work, consisting of 2 feet of copper pipe, 4 fittings, and an expansion chamber. Total material cost well under $100. Estimated labor, 1 hour. The quote was, again, $700. This seems to be the “standard rate” for a service call. When I mentioned the cost seemed high based on the cost to purchase the materials, I was told I could get a $50 discount.
I will definitely shop around for future service
