MASTER LIMITED LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
The contractor guarantees all installation work to be free of defects in workmanship for as long as the buyer resides in the home. This warranty covers only the contractor's installation services and assumes the products will be used reasonably and maintained properly. The warranty excludes minor color or texture differences and limits coverage to damages beyond normal wear or certain environmental impacts.
To claim the warranty, the buyer should contact the contractor at 888-736-6335 (Option 2) as soon as a defect is noticed. The contractor will inspect the issue within a reasonable time and, if warranted, may repair, replace, reinstall, or refund the cost, at their discretion. If a replacement product is unavailable, the contractor can substitute with a similar product. If a refund is issued, all warranties terminate.
Terms and ConditionsThe warranty is voided if the home ownership changes or if the buyer fails to meet payment obligations. Non-warranty service calls may incur a charge. This warranty does not cover damages caused by natural events, structural issues, mold, or inadequate maintenance. The contractor’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services, and incidental or consequential damages are not covered. Warranty rights may vary by state due to legal restrictions on warranty limitations.

Second, the workers were throwing the old roof shingles off the roof into the dumpster. They cracked part of my siding in the process. The inspector said that this damage was listed as prior damage. I showed him where the prior damage was and explain how this was not the same damage. He refused to do anything about it.
Third and definitely most infuriating, the day after the inspector who closed out the project left, the siding at the top nearest the soffit all along the front of the house started falling off. I promptly contacted the project team at Power HRG and they had someone come out and fix the siding a few days later. Then it happened again. This time I couldn't get in touch with anyone for weeks. Finally, I was able to reach someone after a month or so and they sent someone out to fix the siding again. THEN, it happened again, and this time I couldn't get in touch with anyone for months. In July of 2024, they responded to one of my emails, but didn't send anyone out. I tried to learn how to fix it myself, but the siding just keeps falling down. Now in September of 2025, I'm trying to reach out again and they're telling me that they don't have any openings until 2026.
That's not all either. In short, there are chipped shingles here and there on the roof, there are hundreds upon hundreds of nails all over my yard around the house and in the gutters, the gutters are NOT graded correctly causing plants to grow out of them in the spring, AND they convinced me to go with these 6" K style gutters, saying that they are better and don't need gutter guards since they're so large. Unfortunately, that's a total lie and now it'll cost the other arm and leg to get some type of guard installed so I don't have to clean them twice each year.
This company is all about making money by overselling, saving money by cutting corners, providing horrible customer service, and ultimately screwing over their customers.
All this company needed to do to be successful is take responsibility for the damages they caused and respond to my calls and emails.
Summary from my daughter is below.
o We were led to believe that the "frame" or the window opening in the foundation would be replaced as it was rusted. This confusion stemmed from the fact that the original windows to the home appeared to be made out of the same material and we did not see the difference.
They claim that this frame is not replaceable as it is in the foundation which another contractor we consulted afterward questions.
o When the windows were installed no cleaning, sanding, or painting of these awning occurred prior to the windows being installed. Other contractors have confirmed that this is NOT how this should have been handled.
o The main concerns are:
the hole in the foundation is not sealed because there is rust (one frame even has a hole)
if we try to clean it now post-installation there is no guarantee that where the window meets the metal is also clean
if we try to remove it, they claim the window could break (another very reputable contractor we consulted does not agree)
if we try to clean or rectify this we will probably void their warranty and have to pay for new windows
they gave us no opportunity or heads up that this was something to do BEFORE having the windows installed. Apparently this was because "the sales guy was new." So we are liable for their failure to train new employees.
Additionally, they never performed lead testing. The house was built prior to 1978 and in Colorado that means a contractor has to test for lead in the paint when removing just one window (they replaced 7)
o They are going to claim none of this was in the contract, but the contract was executed as a result of their deceptive, misleading, grossly unethical, and potentially illegal practices. We are probably going to small claims court.
Several threads on reddit describing aggressive salesmen, not being able to get out of contracts, having personal information sold to third parties, etc.
Predatory sales tactics.
Came onto my property in the middle of a week day, knocked repeatedly, aggressively asked to come in to provide a window replacement estimate right then and there, and refused to take no for an answer.
Basically had to shut my door on them to get them to leave.
Their tactics should be considered harassment.
Think about - what legitimate company would need to rely on such aggressive sales tactics ti get business?? A good contracting company produces work that speaks for itself. They would not need to rely on harassing people.
Power HRG if youre reading this - in what world do you think aggressive door to door sales would be effective? Is it the 1950s?
Do not trust this company. They have a very elaborate tag team set up and all is not as it seems. Everyone is very nice and they have a fancy app but their practices are predatory and they use high pressure selling techniques to get you to fast track a project. Beware!!!
