I’m a return customer to Premier Home Pros! Dominic came to my house for a design consultation. He understood exactly what I was trying to achieve in the en-suite and provided great suggestions as he has a designer’s eye. We worked with his manager to get a great price - substantially more economical than other companies that advertise in the area. Looking forward to the installation!

IF YOU WANT YOUR House A TOTAL MESS THEN use Premier Home Pros for your bathroom shower - to be fair my wife said they are super nice -

Came home from work day 1 - ALL 3 BEDROOMS and my entire 2nd floor have construction dust all over it and they are gone for the day (tore out old shower and installing today hopefully if they show up after they see this review) - Had to spend an hour CLEANING OFF my desk just so I could work (and it's still got this crap on it) and computers and screens, I sat in my chair and got white construction dust all over me - Beds - tvs, kids gaming computer, beds, clothes, pictures, dressers, beds, blinds, curtains, walls, I can go on but everywhere you touch or look (or can't see) there is white powder (think about things like the kids built leggos with a fine powder all over them are now trash, that won't ever clean up) - I called Shawn the manager, no return, I called the sales guy Jon, no return so NOW that my house it trashed (and good luck cleaning up that stuff - just think like someone spreads powdered sugar all over your bedrooms and complete 2nd floor or wherever your bathroom is). Best part is NOW I also know they are NOT going to help a bit or respond when I have issues (so much for the "lifetime warranty") AND I AM SCREWED WHEN THEY DO A POOR JOB OF INSTALLING IT- I was hesitant to use them due to the sub-contractors but Shawn INSISTED he'd send his amazing superstar best installer (Dennis possibly I may be wrong it starts with a D) bla bla bla - Again everywhere you touch and look, not to mention all night and morning my mouth feels like it has paste in it from breathing that crap in. I am screwed now my bath is ripped out and turned into 2 days ( not at all mad about that) but I am very concerned moving forward about the lack of quality and what they are going to do to my house

ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY THEM CLOSING THE BEDROOM DOORS AND SEALING OFF THE BATHROOM (which I think the sales guys said they'd seal off the bathroom but to be fair that may have been another company)- I never had anything done like this before and didn't think of it but seeing how they are the "Pros" you'd think they might have thought of that.

AT THIS PRICE THEY SHOULD BE MORE PROFESSIONAL THIS WILL COST THEM A FORTUNE TO CLEAN UP and I am convinced they will never get it clean

UPDATE: The sales Manager insisted that doing these bathrooms makes that much of a mess all over your house and nothing they can do -

Also the install looks like a 12 year old did it here is the email I sent the VP Joe HOPE they do something

Had Dennis? ( might be wrong) install our tub/shower Monday & Tuesday and there are major issues, please address the following.

Premier home Pro done an amazing job.
The tech chris was amazing, very detailed, constructive, polite, and professional. and did an absolutely beautiful job. Even left my bathroom spotless clean and removed my old tub. I had a lot of questions, and chris answered every single one of them. Again he was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for your remodeling needs!

I’m very pleased with with Bob Bingamen work. He did a great job.

The crew came in explained the process and walked me through the steps. Showed me the materials , made sure we got what we ordered . They turned the water off and went to work . Each member of the crew knew what their job was and went to it . The finished product exceeded my expectations and the final inspection from the wife went well . She had a smile on her face and a oh my . I love it she said . I can’t beat that . I highly recommend this company . A+ A+A+

Fast installation with attention to detail. Very respectful and professional. Joe Colon the Field Manager came to inspect the job several times and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Premier to everyone.

From designer visit to installation was quick, efficient and overall pleasant. There was an army to answer all my questions and concerns for which I am very grateful! My shower turned out beautiful, exactly what I ordered and envisioned.

People I have spoken to have super friendly, the material arrived way faster than expected and the installers couldn’t have been more professional.
