I cannot express how incredibly frustrated and disappointed I am with this company. They failed to deliver the service and product we paid for. They brought in the wrong shower pan, and now, rather than taking responsibility, the blame is being shifted between employees. It’s been nearly a month, and the situation remains unresolved. I have repeatedly tried to reach out, speaking to multiple people, who assured me they would rectify the issue. To date, nothing has been done.
What’s most infuriating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve been left in the dark and have yet to receive a satisfactory answer or any progress towards a resolution. This is not what was agreed upon in the contract, and the company has completely dropped the ball, both before and after the installation.
The least this company can do is take responsibility for their mistakes and resolve the issue. I have no faith in their customer service at this point. If you value your time and money, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This experience has been a complete nightmare.

I chose locations of seat, grab bars, wall insert.

What went wrong? First no response from Premiere Home Pro's to my reports/complaints/requests/questions about the leak following the installation of my tub. unless you consider a text message on 11-11-2024 from Premiere (Chris) stating 'I just spoke with the installer, the leak isn't from the shower, its when you run your washer, I'd call a plumber...'! How is it diagnosed via a text message? Sent photos and a detailed explanation from the plumber I hired ($400 worth) to Premiere. No response. $10,000 invested with this company was my mistake, possibly if a 'male' person was involved things may have gone differently.

I cannot find, nor can the company provide a Florida contractor license. It is not optional, it's required. My representative assured me that the company was properly licensed but isn't true. For the record, I checked the status just prior to writing this. Homeowners must use licensed contractors to protect themselves.

After waiting 28 days not using the bathroom they end up with lousy job, the bathroom is leaking again. I need my money back and you come to fix this issue because the water is leaking down my office and ruining my flooring only after only less than 2 month from the date you replace my bathroom
