Our salesman, James, didn't play the sales games. Everything promised is what happened. Our installers, Xavier and Achmed, ( hope spelling is correct), were very professional extremely detail oriented. Not one flaw in workmanship.

Where to begin, the service has been horrible. I got my shower installed in Dec of 2024, and I'm still trying to get my shower fixed properly. There is a list of things wrong with my shower,
1. A drippng shower head for over 4 weeks(that was told was normal by Joe that they came out 4 times, to so call fix it. He blew in the head of the shower and put it back on instead of replacing the valve like I told them in the beginning.) FINALLY FIXED
2. Water pooling in the left front corner of my shower (still not fixed yet)
3. Sliocone caulking coming off, still not fixed yet ( I was told don't worry about it it won't go behind the wall.
4. Doors are off set there is a gap in the wall( I was told it my existing wall not the wall that they put up, yet there is a gap in the framing.)
5. My doors were put in backwards, so when
Joe fixed it he added more scratches to the base of my floor to match the ones that were there when they installed.)
6. There is a gap in the wall panel and the shower pan were the water is pooling and they filled that part with silicone. (Still not fixed)
7. I have scratches all over the base pan, from installation, and when they switched my doors. (Not fixed)
I have been in contact with multiple people, Joe the construction guy, Petro the project manager, and for being a project manager has zero communication skills, in Florida. Also Kayla, and Kristen in Ohio in the repair department @18552097818 option4. I have been told multiple times that they were going to come out and fix my problems, I have text messages screen shots and photos time stamped, that i have sent to kayla and kristen. Every time Petro ays Joe is coming, Joe says he didn’t tell me anything, there is no communication everything is always an excuse. I don't understand what the problem it's not like I had this installed 5 ,10 or even 15 years it's been less then 5 months, and it was done wrong, and I'm paying alot of lmoney and it needs to be fixed.

I recently had my bathroom remodel by having my cast iron tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower due to bad knees and hard getting in and out. Afraid of falling….
My installer’s name was Vadlm Susanin and two of his team workers. I am very pleased with the work that was done. My shower looks beautiful. There were a few things that were done differently from what was told to me by my Sales Rep Scott, that Vadlm was not aware of and wasn’t able to change but these were not his fault and I was satisfied with the changes he had to made. A job that I thought would be one day ended up taking two full days, due to the time it took to cut up my cast iron tub to get out and my tile that was removed was not on plaster board so a little move difficult. (House built in 1954) The guys were very knowledgeable of their work and very neat. When they were finished both days, everything was cleaned up and put back as they found it. I’m very happy with their completed job and I hope if you choose Premier I would want Vadlm and his workers to do the job. He did everything I asked and was very polite.
