Latest issue (of many)with Home Premier Pros. At the current time they seem to be unresponsive and unreachable. Shower is unusable as silicone caulking has come away from the wall/floor joint inside the shower and water can get behind the wall and under the base. On Oct 1 tried to call the service number and was only able to get tape that said "leave a message". I then sent emails to the install /production manager and the regional install manager to ask about a repair and the status of the parts needed to finish the job. On Oct 2 I again tried to call the service number and was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I resent the emails I had sent on Oct 1 requesting a reply. Numerous communication and quality issues with this company since the original install was done Aug 4,5 and 6.
Long Story: Sale made July 9. Vincent C told us "it's your custom bathroom you can have anything you want". Install set for Aug 4th. Installer shows up alone, his helper was unavailable that day. He put no drop cloths in work area and used Granite vanity and toilet as a workbench with nothing protecting them. Broke glass shower door on front stoop as he was removing it from house alone. I'm still finding glass (Oct2). Poor work quality. My bathroom door did not close properly after the installer left. Door trim was forced into place. We were assured that all the issues would be taken care of when glass was installed. I was dealing with the installation/production manager. Sept 8 when trying to confirm glass install and issue fixes/repairs I was told the installation/production manager was no longer with the company. New manager tried to send original installer. We would not accept that. Manager insisted that "he is my best installer". Glass installer that did come on Sept 11 was unaware of other issues and was not prepared to fix them before installing the glass. We would not accept glass without other repairs. Second try for glass install Sept 16. The installer was appalled at the shoddy workmanship from the previous installer. We were promised a premium product with superior service should we ever have a problem. Now we can not reach anyone and we still do not have a usable shower. There are more issues but this is long enough!
UPDATE 10/3 Received a call from company that service was on the way. When asked about the trim and gaskets needed to finish the job the install/ production manager seemed not to know what I was talking about then said they were still on order and we would be contacted when they arrived .Service showed up withn 30 minutes and recaulked the base of the shower.

I’m very please with the shower. It’s what I envisioned. The crew was very professional and prompt and detail oriented. Joe Colon the field manager was here multiple times and helped me through the installation and inspections. Andy the installer was very patient with my requests.

From Gabriel , the installation crew, especially Joe colon field manager everything was done very professionally. Joe went above and beyond to make my walkin shower to be very satisfactory. They are a true rockstar and definitely recommendable.

When I first started looking for a bathroom remodel, I checked local contractors first and found that they were very unresponsive and then I found premier home pros. They immediately scheduled a representative (Adam Chandler) came and was extremely thorough and patient and listened extremely well to the needs of my elderly mother. We didn’t have to look any further for a company. The response time from consultation to bathroom remodel completion was quick and convenient. Marvin the contractor and the supervisor Jim insured the project was completed to our satisfaction and were very informative throughout the process. I am recommending premier home pros to my family for their upgrade! Thank you for the wonderful service.

Started in March of 2025 I had two MASSIVE leaks, shower head leak, bubbling wall, after months of stalling, terrible communication they finally promise to redo the shower and honor their warranty, Sept 25th they now came in and I have the wrong stone installed, two different color stones one is dull white the other is bright white, silicone a 4 year old can do, a scratched and stained stone floor, a dented ceiling, an upside down faucet, no hot water regulation, they tried to install the wrong door, so they put holes in the wall that don't belong and on top of were supposed to come back on Monday Sept 27th to install my shower door and no called no showed and have now ghosted my calls, emails and the better business bureau. Please do yourself a favor and skip this company all together.

The installer was very prompt and professional. He did an excellent job. The field manager Joe Colin inspected my bathroom several times and was there every step of the way. Ge was very professional and helpful. I would recommend to everyone.

I am leaving a 5-star review because the final result of the job was beautiful, and the installers did excellent work.

That said, I was told multiple times that the project would take only one day, but that was not the case. I later learned that there was supposed to be another installer present, which unfortunately did not happen. As a result, the installer and his wife worked tirelessly to complete the project on their own. They were at my home on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m., and again on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. Their dedication and work ethic were outstanding—they did not even take time for a meal break—and the quality of their work was excellent.

My concern is not with the installers, who were truly amazing, but with the lack of proper staffing that caused significant delays. Because of this, I had to cancel a personal appointment to accommodate the extended schedule. Given the circumstances, I believe some form of compensation would be appropriate to address the inconvenience.

It is now 6+ months and my shower is still not complete. Ordered the new shower wall and door back in July because the other one was cut too large. They also had to push back the shower 3" to make it to code. I'm still waiting on my shower door/wall. I've called twice and emailed twice. No estimate, no response on installation. Avoid this company. Left a 3rd phone message - 03:00 PM 10/1/25 as per request from PHP

Shower looks great , but it leaks and it took weeks to get them to install it. Then when they came to install it the wrong shower doors were sent , so another week of waiting . The did get the right glass doors installed, but they won’t close completely. Causing water to leak out all over the floor . I notified them immediately, they promised to return and fix it . Well it around a month and no one showed yet .Premier Home Pros talk a good story but they don’t deliver so be really careful in dealing with them. Also due to the fact I’m on a well the shower head needed to be changed , so in conclusion I have a leaking shower door and a faucet that just trickles ……..Ed
