I had a great experience. Initially, the quote was unrealistic for the job, but after having them rereview and providing a different company’s quote, they were very apologetic and provided a more accurate number and then price matched. Communication was great and they were professional. The work done looks good and they explained everything very well while working. I worked with Matt and Greg who were very nice and helpful.

Guys did a great job with my pool apron. It had sunk between 1 and 5 inches all around the pool. RamJack team got it almost as good as new. Nice job!

I am a resident and manager of a condominium association in Falmouth, MA. The condos were built about 25 years ago. Each unit has its own garage. Over the years, due to settling, the entrances to the garages began to sink. So, the concrete pads before the garage floors are sinking below the garage floor. This resulted in lips of 3 or more inches making it more difficult to get into the garages. The problem needed to be addressed.

We selected the 2 worse garage entrances and called Ramjack. The salesman (Travis) came out for an onsite inspection and confirmed our problem could be solved by Ramjack. We settled on a price and a work date. Two technicians arrived on the due date. They reviewed the process and went to work. Less than 4 hours later they drove away leaving behind our overjoyed and very satisfied expressions.

It was a pleasure to watch them work. They were completely professional. As the worked progressed, that explained each step. We literally saw each concrete pad rise up to meet each garage floor. At the end, they did a great clean up. The final result looks like there was never a problem. Next year we will be calling Ramjack again to address more garage entrances. You can't go wrong with Ramjack!

Had a great experience with David! He came out, spent a solid 2 hrs with me just walking around the house, making sure everything was okay. I vocalized what I wanted from them as a consumer and they delivered, no problems. I got the quote at the same meeting, scheduled with the office and that was it! I had (what I consider a large crack) in my foundation that was pre-existing from the previous owner of my home. It busted open from that bad storm in December. One day of work, super clean when they left. Also, super relieved they could work around my oil tank.

Great communication all the way. Quality work. Had a retaining wall that was cracked and starting to lean outwards. The work they did was extensive. The crack was arrested from any further travel. To my surprise the went above and beyond what I had contracted them to do. They saw some other issues and corrected them also.

I like the fact that the warranty goes with the house. The next owner doesn’t have to worry about it.

I highly recommend them.

I saw some negative comments about scheduling work. Ramjet was very specific about timing of the work and a window of time that they would do the work. Yes it could be weeks or even months for them to get to you but that was presented to me before the contract.
