We have known that we needed new windows in our home for a few years. We were waiting until a time when it was right for us, and when it was, we called Andersen. Daniel Schulmire came to our home, and could not have been a more wonderful representative for his company. He was so knowledgeable, and well educated about the product, that he made our selection process a breeze. We are very excited about our new purchase, and cannot wait to have these beautiful windows in our home. Daniel is wonderful to work with, and was definitely a huge reason that we decided to go with this company.

I met with Adam from renewal by Andersen Windows. Today, he presented himself in a very professional manner. First of all he was on time for the appointment measured everything accurately quickly. Answered any questions I had. And asked me if there was anything else I needed before he left. He further explained when the product comes in how they were gonna replace which windows first. Explained everything in great detail so that I had no questions in the end. His representation of the company put me at ease about having them in my home.

I recently had the pleasure of having Jacob and Charlie come to my home to install windows. From the moment they arrived, their kindness and professionalism were evident. They were incredibly meticulous in their work—so discreet that it felt like they were almost invisible, yet they left our home absolutely immaculate. In just two days, they transformed our space with beautiful, high-quality windows that immediately stand out in a world filled with poorly made plastic alternatives.

Not only did the new windows enhance our home’s appearance and efficiency, but Jacob and Charlie also brought a personal touch that made the entire experience feel like welcoming family into our home. Our design consultant was Daniel Schulmire and installation manager Jake Fraser and they were absolutely wonderful. I was so nervous about going into such a big decision for our new home but they did such an amazing job explaining what goes into our project and broke down every aspect in a way that we understood. I ended our consult and measuring appointment with confidence in knowing we are going to have a quality experience with Renewal by Anderson and Daniel and Jake were instrumental in that!

Our home is so much more comfortable now that we have new, quality windows. Buying new windows for our entire house was a big decision. Our salesman, Andrew, walked us through the entire process confidently, helping us choose the best windows for the long haul of North Pole winters. Once we figured out what we wanted, Adam did a great job of precision measurements to make sure the windows were to code and fit our house just right. Jessica kept us informed during the entire process of ordering, scheduling and installing our windows. She made sure there were no surprises.
The best part of this big project was our installers. Conner led his team, Kal and Josh, professionally from day one. These young men were amazing, they work very hard and are quite well trained. Being winter, I was worried that the house would get cold, but they use a heated bubble so that taking out the old and installing the new windows felt comfortable. We had decided to add a window over a dark entrance and it was fun seeing them create the space for it.
The bay window that I dreamed of for years is so beautiful. Our back sliding door opens with ease. My old windows would frost and make inches thick ice, my new windows don’t. I’m very happy to have a future without installing window plastic and wiping off mold when the ice formations melt. As they installed the windows in each room, we could feel the comfort level rise, the outside noise decrease. We had to turn the thermostats down when it was minus twenty this week because the warm air isn’t leaking out. For the first time in years, our Thanksgiving guests knocked before our dogs started barking, because we couldn’t hear them drive up.
I hope to never have any problem with our windows, but if we do, the warranty gives me peace of mind. These windows are worth the investment. I wish we would have done this years ago.

Devan Malone Anchorage was fantastic. She took her time and explained everything to both me and my wife. Are windows and doors are over twenty years old experiencing mold between the panels. Devan took us through the process explaining all details with examples of what we will get and expect. Devon was very good at explaining all the options for our replacement windows and patio doors.. Highly recommend Devan. Excellent service.
