My first round of windows were just installed. The installers, Tommy & Nathan were absolutely great. They were professional, they cared about the quality of their work, they covered everything in plastic to catch the dust, they VACUUMED and put everything back in place. The Anderson inspector was also great and thorough. If you are looking at purchasing replacement windows, I highly recommend that you give Anderson Replacement Windows a call. I’m so pleased with their work ethic, I’m going to have them replace my second round of windows.

I was very impressed by Julian Rivera, Design consultant for Renewal by Anderson. He provided wonderful information about the windows I needed replaced with clear information about the designs available for the windows and pricing. I did not feel pressured during our meeting and Julian felt confident about the products not to feel he needed to push. I am looking forward to installation

Do you dread meeting with sales personal? Are you worried about being pressured into a contract and then regretting it later? Do you get frustrated when they go quote a price and then resort to their absolute lowest price after you refuse the first offer?
I scheduled a free quote Renewal by Anderson knowing that I had to get past the sales person to get the goods and services I need at a fair price.
Well, I have to say that none of these fears came true with this company. My sales person was outstanding. He called to ask if I wanted to reschedule because he was running late. I did not reschedule. He spent a decent amount of time, explaining the philosophies of his company and its products. He didn’t push up upgrades or products that were beyond the scope of my project. And most importantly, he didn’t give me the runaround on pricing.
What a pleasure it was (for a change) to work with a sales person who made me feel at ease and comfortable with the process.
This company hits it out of the park with their sales professional!
Thank you

Dorian was our design consultant. He was very easy to work with, knowledgeable and helped us make a decision we felt comfortable with. The product demonstration using a heat lamp was most informative for us as that is was our biggest concern with our previous windows and doors. Also the folding patio door he suggested is a game changer! Worth every penny. I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

Ian Katz was our sales rep for our windows and now that we love and trust the company so much we called him back to do our doors. Amazing customer service and quality quality work. This is why we chose the name Anderson and they truly exceeded our expectations! Thank you Ian for all you have done to be sure we were completely satisfied!

RIcky just by to inspect the installation of our new windows. It was a great install and high quality work & product. I previously had some windows replaced with another company and now wish they were also Anderson Windows. Would strongly recommend Anderson if you are looking to replace your windows.

From start to finish, this experience was terrific. After choosing what sliding door we wanted, someone came out to measure our specific opening. Once our door was built to specifications, the installers came and did an amazing job. There wasn’t a speck of dirt anywhere when they were done. The big surprise of the Renewal By Anderson door was when I felt a temperature change in the room. I honestly thought my husband had made the AC cooler. I also noticed a difference in hearing or what I don’t hear from outside. Opening and closing, the door is easy too. I look forward to having windows Installed!

Very (to many things to say) about Renewal. Windows were first installed about 08/2022. Patio Door installed 05/2023.
On the windows , one window in kitchen was wrong color. No trim put up(understand the trim was because it needed inspected first). Eventual completion of windows was 05/2023. Inspector walked in, looked at two windows, then passed them. After completion the large sliding window in the kitchen started leaking.
Patio Door was installed 05/2023. Nothing but problems from this time. Shortly after door was installed (06/15/2023), we had a visit for the window that leaks, missing screws and a loose handle on patio door. A new door ordered 10/18/2023 (old one believed to be warped). 01/16/2024 Renewal had an 8a-10a appt. No show. After the fact, we were told there were ‘truck issues’. 02/07/2024 Renewal brought door, Installers stated the door was too short. Somewhere in 02/2024 the wood was finally stained to match our floor. 02/06/2024, they were to fix the window, however, they(the installers) were never told.
03/12/2024 Window fixed, door (Previous one that was too short was Installed. Apparently the installer measured wrong, (he apologized profusely).
The door however was in a bad state when installed. New handle was loose again, patchwork Was done with paint that looks very noticeable. There were rub marks on the bottom of the door. The old door had this also. 04/10/2024, door rejected by ???? New door ordered. 04/10/2024, Matt Fuller confirmed the door is on order.
The person that rejected the sliding door was told that we want a new complete door. Was told by original installers that the patio sliding door was not put in square. So they squared it, And there’s been nothing but problems since
We have been more than accommodating to their schedule. We have been yanked around on everything. Wanted this done by May 1, 2024. We have had no follow up from Matt Fuller or our Salesman. We are at the ends with all of this. We know it was a mistake to take on this project with Renewal. At this point, we would never recommend this place to anyone. It is now May 22, 2024 and believe Renewal should replace the complete door, credit for said door and give us a sizable gift card for 21 months of pure disappointment.

I signed the contract with Renewal by Andersen on 9/1/2022 and was given a 16-24 week start time with the project expected to be completed within 3-5 days. Installation was scheduled for 3/8/2023, had to make the installation crew remove 3 windows as they were not being installed with water proofing and had to request adjustments for a clearly out of level window. Request to properly reinstall window(s) was made on both installation days by the same crew. Had to follow up regarding stucco repairs on 3/14/2023 via email after voice mails were ignored. The company has consistently been non-responsive and it is extremely rare to get anyone to answer the phone regardless of the time you attempt to call them. Andersen's stucco crew ended up scratching over half of the windows damaging over half of the frames and also threw their trash in the tall grass instead of proper disposal. Reported the issue to Andersen and Stucco crew, also reported that one of the screens was damaged by the install crew as the frame was bent from being left in the box on the trailer under the old window debris. Andersen was to come 4/13/2023 to attempt to repair scratches, only to provide the missing screen caps for the frames. Andersen returned 5/4/2023 to attempt to repair scratches, but tech mentioned it could not be repaired via touchup paint. Andersen order frames and attempted to start install of 4 out of 7 windows 9/2023 after reordering frames, was still missing one window frame. Had to insist on new inspection as frames were remove/reinstall and required by Marion County. 2/2/2023 Crew arrived with no permit (after being told they had it by scheduler), still missing screen (was told if they had it, it would be delivered 2/15/2023 and still don't have it). 2/8/2023 emailed a copy of permit, stucco repairs 2/22/2022 and told final inspection was set for 2/26/224. Called Marion County Permit office 2/26/2024 to discover that no final inspection had been scheduled. Terry the Operational Manager offer to take off roughly $4,000 or 25% of the total cost after knowing that 6 of of the 7 windows are either damaged or installed improperly.
** Update **
I have reached out to the Customer Experience Liaison Lauren Cochran that was provided in your initial response to my review. I hope to hear back soon, but it's unfortunate that you have removed the contact info and paragraph regarding contacting me to discuss a resolution plan. I look forward to hopefully hearing back from your Liaison.
