Will was great in the patio door search -patient, knowledgeable, professional. We almost went with a window in a room too but it didn’t work with our roof line. Will stayed in touch and was very respectful. Installation itself went well, door slides like a dream.

The team did an amazing job. We are a repeat Anderson customer and would recommend them to anyone. They were punctual, clean, friendly. We have two dogs and they loved all the team members!

Starting with the sales experience, Will Braunstein was a calm presence who made us feel comfortable, informed and heard. This is a quality in sales that is often looked over in favor of loud, chatty folks who seem more keen to entertain you than educate you. I love witty people, don’t get me wrong. But if I’m left after our meeting wondering what just happened then we probably weren’t focused on the right things. So I’ll take a Will personality any time. For the record, Will is also witty.

For the install, we had these guys in our home for three days straight…slightly different teams each day. Naturally it was not a quiet exercise to remove and install every window in our house plus the front door, but they kept things as tidy as possible and actually made it…fun?! Brian Wilcox, Jay, Tom, Noah, Nick, Ezra, and one other young man’s name who I didn’t get because he was quiet as a church mouse, were very friendly, warm, respectful, informative, funny, and most importantly…NOT creepy. The work was done with care and expertise, and I’m very pleased with the results.

The team (Dhana, Murray, Crew) at Renewal by Andersen were amazing! Professional and fast install of amazing sliding doors and windows. The team even took time to improve the framing and trim of the doors to avoid having to touch up the room with extra paint. We will only be buying windows and doors from Renewal by Andersen from now on!

Installers were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have included before and after pictures. We had 15 windows, sliding glass door, and front door installed.

Makes their contractors and employees wear masks for no factual reason whatsoever. It's 2023 get over your fake agenda! Would not support a company like this with such ridiculous policies.

Discrimination is high here in the workplace, especially on first shift. May seem like a company that does not discriminate because they put up all these images of minority and flags of all the different countries but that's just the work of the uppers leaders. In general the higher leaders(managers, and plant manager) and HR system it self in the building is high in Discriminating against minority. Minorities in lower leadership roles like leads and supervisor get treated the worst and are under paid from their non minority
peers in the same pay grade. They work harder and are more responsible but get treated like they are lower than the non minority that don't do anything. Just talk to lower leaders that work there that are minority and you will see that it's true. See this company for what it really is. It hides behind all its acting and hires Minorities into certain roles just to cover them self but the treatment is still the same in Discrimination. When will this place realize that racism and discrimination is a thing of the past and should move to better morals and values.

Sales rep was very nice. She seem to know her information. Answered all our questions. We ended up not using them, but I learned a lot talking to rep.

Based on the number of horrible reviews across the internet. I will give a shortish version.

Do not go with them. They will sell you a fake story and actively try to scam you out of things you already paid for, to the point where the sales people and installers are probably scamming the company. If anything does wrong, it will take you weeks of phone calls where people are telling you they won't give you a number or they don't have a lead worker. You will hear "the other person really messed up" "this never happens". You will literally have to beg someone before they will let you talk to anyone in charge. If they do come back and finish the work you already paid for, they will belittle you, shame you, stay at your house until 11 pm destroying your yard, and completely screw up the job including the staining. We have a giant eye sore in front of our house that we have spent hours trying to fix ourselves. They overcharged for their service level and product. We got scammed, so please save yourself the trouble and go with literally anyone else.

We were told it would take 3 months but it took almost 8 months.
Be aware if you get financing that you may likely have to make payments before they are done or even start.
They are not organized nor responsive to emails or phone calls. Expect to have to send multiple ones just to get a generic response.
Don’t just sign off when they are done; you NEED to look at their work. They ‘forgot’ to install trim on about 6 of our new windows. But after numerous back-and-forth they finally came out and fixed it.
One of the new screens is too tight and we aren’t able to remove it without damaging it. The screen material used is cheap and gets cut easily.
The plastic pieces to take off the covers (for painting) are a cheap plastic and we had a couple break on the first use.

Overall: Expensive and the service doesn’t match/justify the cost.
