Can't get anyone to look at a panel that isn't working properly. And while its my fault for not actually reading the contract, when the sales guys were signing us up for the installation, I specifically asked about cleaning the panels. The guy said that they wouldn't want us climbing up to clean them ourselves and that the company will do so. When I went to call to get the company to come out they wanted to charge over 800 dollars and thats with using our water! I later checked in the contract that it is written we are responsible for cleaning. I cannot wait until this contract is up. I will never recommend this company nor use them again!

My original system was installed by Renu in 2023. They were very easy to work with—explaining every step along the process. The system produced as promised. After getting an EV I needed to add to my system to cover the additional electric for charging. Again, I am choosing Renu!

I am a new solar panel customer, and I had questions about my billing. I was told that someone would get back to me after they had a chance to review my bill. When they called back, they explain in detail their billing and how my billing with PP&L will work in a way that I can now understand how I will see my saving with my electric bill. I am really impressed with the time they took to make sure I understood everything. I am happy with the service I received from them. I was also very impressed with the way they keep me informed with the installation of the solar panels. I received a text from the project manager with every new step right up to the final hookup of my panels to the electric gride with PP&L. I feel like I pick a good company to work with.

In reading positive reviews, they are all posted immediately after installation. Do you notice the trend that all negative reviews are post installation when Renu does absolutely nothing to fix problems? My Renu solar system has been completely off for over 6 months AND I have a terrible roof leak in a child's bedroom. Renu is aware and does NOTHING. They won't even return a message - let alone go get on a roof to inspect, as they are obligated to by contract. Once Renu installs and get paid, you can expect to be ignored like I have been.

Tim Moomaw @ Customer service kept me up to speed each step of the way on a timely schedule and ensured ease of transition into the new system! Our sales rep, Jim Groff, is kind, thoughtful, and honest; he even brought toys for my daughter when he visited us a second time. Everyone involved was great to work with and the system itself runs well. We are absolutely saving on our electricity and utilities now with only one cycle.

We have had our solar for about 2 years now. Our connection has gone out multiple times. The most recent time my husband has tried contacting Renu multiple times by phone, leaving voicemails, and emailing as well, no response. Our connection still out. Not sure why there has been constant connection issues to begin with. But we have been paying for something that doesn’t even work properly half the time, on top of also having an electric bill.

What seemed like a very long process went quite smooth. Even though I had to wait in the queue to get my solar panels, ReNu Solar did an outstanding job. The panels look marvelous, and I cannot wait to start saving on my energy bills. I would definitely recommend ReNu Solar if you are interested in going with solar energy.

We got solar through Renew solar and roofing. Our roof shingles needed to be replaced. OK so far. Now it’s time to, after several months to replace the solar panels, and they have put us off 4 times. EXCUSES!!! Now we are paying for the panels, that are not working, and the electricity from the grid. Their customer service STINKS!! I am at their mercy.

Renu installed my roof and system. Everything was subed out. I wake up and attempt to leave for work and there are six individuals in my yard and leaning on the vehicles in my driveway that I am unable to communicate with. Second visit was scheduled and work was performed, and neglected to install a ridge vent where ther was one. (3) three separate arrays were installed and only one was working. Renu representative told me I was good. fixed two months later. Since then had several reporting production issues. Still having issues.
