Jeff was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with when he came to do the design phase of the AC install. Anthony and Ardijan came to do my install 2 days later and i tell ya these two guys didn’t stop working for a minute over the 8 hours they were here and all the while keeping me updated on progress. They were making me tired as many times as they went up and down the stairs working on various parts of the system. All of these men had great personality's and were extremely friendly and approachable it was honestly a breath of fresh air considering most people these days seem to just want to do their job as fast as possible and just get it done. But not these guys though Anthony personally made sure to take the time and go over every part of the new ac and explain in detail exactly what work was done and what every new part did since the new system is way more high tech then the old one. Overall I can’t say enough good things about their work so if you want or need work done concerning HVAC just ask for these two guys and I assure you that only will their work be amazing but theres also the often not discussed part of having work done in your home. Let me explain having strangers roaming in your home isn’t always the greatest feeling that people have but if you don’t actually feel safer having them in your home due to their respectfulness and general just really nice caring guys then you can call me out on saying it but I promise they will feel like family after the initial hellos are said!!! I cant say it enough but great work, great guys and great prices since the final work came out $1,300 cheaper then the online quote. So I highly recommend!!

Jim Arnett was professional, knowledgeable, & took the time to explain everything he was doing. He serviced our AC and made sure everything was running properly before he left. What I appreciated most was that he gave us helpful tips on how to maintain the unit and improve the AC pressure and airflow to keep it working efficiently. It’s clear that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing AC service! The best!

Jeremy did an excellent job he's very professional and very quickly discovered the issue with the Central ac. His experience and knowledge been able to provide optimal recommendations which ultimately led to Jeff coming out for an estimate to install a new system!. I was extremely satisfied and grateful for Jeremy's attention to detail and his professionalism. Thank you jeremy! Jeff explained the estimate and cost and we signed the contract agreed on the installation.

Following week John and team came out to do the install. John is incredibly friendly communicative and attentive always ready to answer questions and provided advice and tips on system maintenance and Energy Efficiency. Together with Anthony and Rob. they work non-stop throughout a very long very hot day completing the installation by around 5:00 p.m. workmanship and professionalism were top notch everything was cleaned up and the system is working perfectly. John is very attentive and always ready to answer questions and provide expert advice and expectations with a star service instilling confidence and security and our new system to keep us comfortable and cool.

Michael Cunningham did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our well. He knows what he is doing and explained exactly the reason why everything needs to be fixed. He was prompt and very efficient and friendly. Michael coordinated with his team and we had a new well pump and water by late afternoon. The team was brilliant.

I had a great experience with Astar plumbing company. They are always reliable, professional, and very fast. Recently, they installed Cryotek antifreeze in my boiler to protect it from freezing temperatures, and they explained everything clearly. Kent Dalman and Brian Zekus did an excellent job — they were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Their work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. It’s such a relief to have a company I can truly depend on. Highly recommend!

Gabriel was amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and flexible.

I knew I had a leak/burst pipe yesterday and tore the wall apart to uncover it. I thought the water was off to that zone of the hydronic heating system, but I was wrong. It was spilling untold gallons of water into my basement overnight. So I called a couple dozen companies as soon as I discovered the waterfall (which I fixed by turning off the other valve for that zone). AStar was the only one who was able to get someone out to me in a timely manner (and extra points for not having a stupid AI receptionist).

When he fixed my burst pipe and we started the boiler, we discovered ANOTHER leak a few feet down the loop. He fixed that too, same day. I'm going to request him in the future. It was fairly easy to get service scheduled.

The boiler stopped working right before the snow storm and we stood without heat or hot water for 24 hrs. Ryan, from Astar came out & repaired it at the earliest time possible. Thank god for Ryan he’s quick and knew the boiler issues we had in 2.8 seconds! Even the follow up was 1,2,3… I told Ryan welcome to the family because he just made us feel so comfortable and we knew our issues would be resolved fast!

Danny came out and found the issue in no time. He was honest and upfront no hidden agenda and told us what it was from the moment he came in to the house! He ultimately had to call in the big guys for a longevity solution!

Our heater was very much old and needed to be replaced … Jeff came out and help us save money and figure out the best solution and tried his very best to get us some heat asap!

Ricardo was up next, he came the very next morning (today) and got us some heat until the new unit gets installed! We could have gotten 30 beer box Joe but With Astar you have reliable, caring and honest people.

Matthew Feeney did an excellent job installing my uncle’s heating system. He was professional, kind, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend Matthew and am very grateful for his work.
