I am so impressed with their professionalism and speedy response!!! Everyone that I came across was extremely courteous and professional! Jim showed up and fixed our heating system in a matter of a few minutes. We were also advised instead of replacing our Vermont Casting fireplace, we can simply replace the safety device which was getting old. It literately saved us thousands of dollars as we planned to replace a perfect unit instructed by other electricians.
I immediately joined their comfort care club which will provide boiler and heating maintenance for only $180 a year! I highly recommend this company and his professional team! It’s a company with exceptional expertise in what they do with the utmost integrity!

Astar is by far the BEST!!! The staff at Astar is very Professional and Knowledgeable of all that they do. Most of all the staff from sales to Service is an experience you could only Dream of! Bruce was here today to update our Generator and was Pleasant friendly and as usual did a fantastic job. He left with all my questions and concerns answered and walked me through everything I needed to know. If there was a 10 Star rating I would hit that one. Great Job Astar keep doing it the way you 're doing it!!!!!!!! If you need a Generator or A/C System which is what we had purchased I recommend you call them FIRST! If you want the job done RIGHT the First time at the Right Price.

Experienced heating issues. The technician, Luis, assessed the situation, and performed a diagnostic. I purchased a service plan and Luis offered to perform a maintenance on my boiler while there. He was thorough, knowledgeable and explained things well. I am satisfied with the service provided. Thank you!

Tim is always happy and pleasant. He does the work, he’s neat, and he explains what has to be done. He puts his head down and gets the job done. Also he likes my dogs. When the work is done Duncan is waiting for a quick game of tug of war.

I do not recommend. Use anyone else but this company. Poor customer service. Waiting over 3 weeks for an 3/8 inch adapter that can be found at any hardware store, which stops us from using a reverse osmosis system that they installed 4 years prior. Every time they come out to service the system they bring the wrong filters resulting in extra days off that need to be taken; last minute canceled appointments saying they ordered wrong parts.
Please save yourself the headaches and go with a reputable company or local with knowledgeable licensed master plumbers.

Another great experience with Astar! They promptly came same day to fix an issue from the initial installation of my heat pumps. It was still under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything! Rick was super helpful and walked me through what he did, and even gave me tips on how to save money with heating settings. He was super polite and made this a really easy and great experience! I've been using Astar for all my heating, cooling and plumbing needs, and they've been excellent every time!

Great Job from start to finish!

Paul was my first contact with Astar. He is professional, Knowledgeable, took pictures of my old AC and Furnace, and using a program was able to map out my home for most efficient unit. He did not push or rush me to buy. Gave me time to decide and explore other options. After making my decision Paul stayed with me until the installation was complete to my satisfaction. Everything was installed 5 days later. Installation went very well with excellent follow by Scott to ensure everything was to my specifications. I would recommend Paul and Astar for excellent and dependable service.

The gentleman that came to my house was very courteous and professional. The office staff are wonderful to talk to. He came to my house, looked at the two valves that go to my washing machine, and even with a $199.00 discount travel fee, I was quoted a price of close to $500. If the travel fee wasn't waived, the bill would have been close to $700- to replace 2 water valves that go to my washing machine.

Astar, I'm sure you do great work, your crew seems top notch, but most of us couldn't touch your prices.

These valves are $15 each, on the high end at several hardware stores. Smh. Please be more clear with your pricing in the future. Also, there's no itemized list of parts and labor, just that the two valves were around $125.00
