I've been using Joplin's for maintenance for the last 5 years or so. Before that, as dumb as it sounds, I would just change the filter and wait until the unit broke and then call someone. I think think the maintenance package is a GREAT deal, and I love that someone takes a look at the unit twice a year, tests it, and make sure everything is running smoothly. Jason "Donovan" was my tech today, and he was great. He explained to me the process, did his work, and he was super professional. I recommend Joplin's every chance I get.

Rogelio performed our biannual maintenance on our HVAC system today. He was polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. After he checked everything out and changed out our air filters on both units, he gave us a summary of what he found. Luckily everything was in great shape. Now we can rest easy knowing that our system is in good working condition for the fall and winter months. I highly recommend Joplin’s for your ongoing HVAC care and maintenance!

There are no words to express except to say the service was excellent. These's two brothers Christian and Alex are a great example of exceptional teamwork. From start to finish they walked me through every step of the way and explained in detail what I should expect with the air conditioner unit replacement downstairs and in the attic. Everything was done like clockwork. They worked clean with exceptional attention to detail.The install went flawlessly, The price was very reasonable I am so happy I chose Joplin heating and air.

Had to call Bill's out twice in a month because my coil broke and my blower broke shortly thereafter. I felt that both sets of techs that came out were knowledgeable and helpful. I have a Carrier Infinity, so the price on parts is a bit high, but Bill's offers high-quality service and quick turnaround on parts and installation. Jason C. especially went the extra mile to re-check everything after doing the blower and was super nice during the whole process. Got the unit back up and running quickly in this Texas heat. Would recommend for Carrier service.

I will reach out to Bill Joplin’s Air in the future and would be happy to refer them to friends and family too. Jesus quickly found the issue and provided a couple of options that we could take. He was fair and honest with his recommendations. He repaired the part of the system and came back shortly after with the remaining parts needed for the full repair. This was a great experience and I am thankful for such wonderful service!

Bill Joplin's ALWAYS provides top notch service. I've used them for @ 16-17 years since a bad experience with another company. Back then, Bill Joplin's quickly identified and easily repaired the issue that had the other company completely stumped - and has taken care of me ever since. Their service personnel are all excellent. Ance just performed the semi-annual checkup on my system and was great. I strongly recommend getting the preventative maintenance service program. Bill Joplin's NEVER tries to sell unnecessary service - in fact, quite the opposite. They just keep everything working great in our tough Texas weather. I just wish every company were half as good as Bill Joplin's. Five stars all the way!
