From beginning to end it was a great experience. It's true when they say no pressure to buy. No going back and forth like some other companies. Just a fair estimate with the best price already presented. Other companies made me feel like I was buying a used car. Just give me the price and let me decide!
They came out and showed us how the windows are made and answered all our questions about the install process. After getting more estimates, it was an easy decision for us to go with Smart Windows.
The install crew were efficient and so courteous! They cleaned up after themselves and worked around our schedule since we work at home.

I spent a lot of time comparing a number of companies and got bids from three. One of the draws for choosing Smart Window Co. was that what Tony said on Instagram about being a "no pressure" company was really true. From beginning to end all they wanted was for us to get a really good product for a good price and they delivered on both. One bid we got from another company was so out of our price range and the sit down time with the sales person was filled with a lot of pressure to sign the contract that day... which was an instant turn off for me. Another bid came in around the price Smart Window gave us, but the guarantee was nowhere as good as with Smart Window.
Every person I dealt with was pleasant and willing to help in anyway they could. The installation was a one day job and the installers were amazing and left everything spotless.
My wife and I could not be happier about our experience with Smart Window, and I believe you will be pleased as well.

They make it a point to educate you on everything so you are comfortable moving forward. Their honesty and thoroughness is refreshing. We've just had 4 windows installed by Smart Window Company. The process is 100%. Exactly like the advertisement. Easy quote.No pressure, online, the prices were the best out of all of the quotes we got by a long shot. Pedro came out then for final measurements , and in three weeks he came back to install. Pedro went over and above to do a quality install. The windows look great and are of great quality. Get all of your quotes first and then call these guys. You won't be sorry! In addition the after install phone calls to follow up were very well appreciated!

Excellent sales experience and customer service. The salesman (Paul B) met with my neighbors and me several times during our contractor selection process and explained the features of their products (Crystal Pacific) in detail. Paul even provided references so we could verify their Smart Window's claims before deciding to go with Smart Window (we got quotes from several other window installers). The installed windows met our expectations. Outstanding noise and temperature control. The windows operate smoothly. No complaints so far, but Smart Window (and Crystal Pacific) appear ready and capable of honoring their very comprehensive warranties.

Great company, great experience.

First the design/quotation process was great, we discussed with David many options for our particular needs and got the priced. We compared against other 2 competitors and they were the "middle" of the pack. However smartwindow seemed more sturdy because of the 2 x railings, I also liked the self-closing mechanism. The process was very easy an professional with smartwindow.

No deposit, until installation date was great add-on... I had never seen that before.

Installation for our 4 windows was super fast with a crew of 5 people. They were in-and-out within 2.5hrs. Everything was clean as if they hadn't been there. Damage to paint/frame was minimal (if any).

As of today, 2 weeks after installation windows are quiet, and no drafts. Also, it is pretty nice to be able to see the outside though clear windows.
