I was very happy with my service tech, Drew. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was OK), and listened to what I had observed with my system. The system looked OK at the panel but he took the extra step to review the system details from the app on my phone where he discovered one of my panels wasn't working. He went up on my roof, and confirmed the problem. I really appreciate that he listened to what I had to say, and instead of blowing me off when the service panel looked good, he looked deeper and found a significant problem.

The crew at Sola Tech is professional and helpful. I had an issue with my pool solar and they came out and fixed it in a timely manner. Gene the in-house tech was very helpful over the phone troubleshooting the issue. Arturo the service tech did a great job when out to replace a couple of issues on the pool solar system.

Great job done by Solar Tech team. After a few minor hiccups system is up and running. Great job done by installation crew, especially Anthony Aranda. I was very Impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Anthony was on installing my system and going over with me how the system works and setting me up on the App.

We went with this company because our neighbors had it and like it and the sales rep was amazing but have come to regret it and have almost asked them to rip all of the panels off and give us our money back multiple times.
We are still trying to get properly reimbursed for the time and money that we spent, just trying to get it properly working. Our install was scheduled for September and we didn’t have a working system until May, 8 months later, which is outrageous!
The installers put the panels in the wrong place then we had them moved, the job was done so sloppy we had to have them redo it multiple times because wires were hanging all over the place. The system was done installed wrong multiple times so we weren’t receiving the amount of energy that we were producing. People would just show up at random to fix certain parts without any notice from the company, multiple times. Communication was terrible and still is to this day.

Sadly, we had some roof damage from the storms and have to have roof replaced. In order to keep our warranty we are asking the company to cover the cost that they have to remove and replace the panels during the work and they won’t even compensate us for that. We lost hundreds of dollars throughout this process because we were still paying $400+ power bills in Az summer. We paid outright for the system, over $30,000, and it’s insulting the amount that they have offered to reimburse us for the money we lost let alone the time and headache that it has taken to install it properly.
SolarTech has since fired/let go our installers and our project manager so obviously they know things were done wrong, but yet they gave a 12% discount to remove and replace a system for repairs.

It was refreshing to have a technician come out today to tackle the various issues that the Solar system was having. Refreshing because he knew what he was doing. Solar Tech Anthony Aranda trouble shot each issue and explained what he had done very well. Very professional and courteous. Thanks again Anthony! Great job!

Once again, Solar Tech technicians handled a minor issue with our solar pool heating efficiently and professionally. Arturo and Esteban identified the issue and explained it to me and came up with a permanent solution to avoid a recurrence in the future. They made the fix look easy and were very pleasant, as well. The company gets busy sometimes but they have been very responsive to our calls since we began working with them a few years ago. I recommend this company for their customer service, in particular.

Great first meeting with Greg Chase. His professionalism and expertise really showed through. He explained the various options to us and we sealed the deal right then. We had already obtained three other quotes from other companies but decided to go with Solar Tech because of their product, warranties and workmanship.

This team and its coordinator were very professional, patient, and hard-working. I was particularly impressed with the electrical line they were able to install on the side of my house, which is on a steep slope. This was not trivial to get right.

The last two engineers were awesome. Danny who finally got my inverter working and the tech before him Irwin had to redo the installation because the original installer do it wrong. At the end Danny knew the configuration and how to get my inverter up and running. Much appreciation.
