I have met the salesman name Myles Jackson he is a gentleman, very friendly and very helpful person who explained me everything so clearly, I’m a single mother and I have no idea about solar system, but Myles helped me understand so easily and he come to me anytime I need help for this system. I had an excellent experience with Sunrun Solar, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Michael Brothers, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He guided me through every step of the way, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. One thing that really stood out was his trustworthiness—he was upfront, clear, and reliable throughout the entire process.
During installation, Michael even came onsite with donuts and drinks for both our family and the workers. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed how much he values customer relationships and the people working on the project. It’s rare to find that level of personal care and professionalism. We installed SUNRUN after being approached in a COSTCO. We thought it was a good investment. Maybe solar panels are a good investment - doing this with SUNRUN is not. Since the install, we have had roof leak issues every single year. It just has to rain, not even rain hard. There will be a leak, and every single time, perhaps multiple times a year, those are directly related to the SOLAR PANELS installed by SUNRUN. They have sent people out to "evaluate" and sometimes (not always) sent a company to "fix". The next rain that comes, we have another leak. We have had a leak in every upstairs bedroom in the last 7 years. My daughters room has been soaked once when we were out on vacation. Damage to the ceiling, floor, rug to be replaced. As of the last few years many of these repairs were then BILLED TO US, even though we saw subsequently things were NOT repaired. We have paid thousands of dollars out of pockets for "repairs" only to find another leak at the next rain. This was the worst decision we made with our home, to install solar panels with SUNRUN. They have not provided the customer service they say they will, and we have spent (on the system and then repairs) $40K. We would have been better off doing nothing as we had NO issues with our roof prior to installing with SUNRUN. I would never recommend this company to anyone, as we've had a terrible experience and continue to do so. Last night it rained a little and now there is a recurring leak in my daughters room again. We are trying to contact SUNRUN again and there has been no answer thus far. Please do your research and find another reputable company if you are looking to install. We have been overly patient trying to get SUNRUN to fix these issues, since 2019. I now feel that I need to let other potential consumers know our real experience, so this can help anyone else from wasting their money and potentially damaging their home.

I have several times that my power wall told me the grid outage. and I confirmed with PGE that the power grid is good. the Sunrun support number only answer the bill question. I don't know why they are so confident to Tesla's devices. compare to PG&E, their service is very bad.
