Sure-Dry, LLC began in 1994 and has always strived to provide a remarkable experience for every customer, every time! We are out to redefine the industry and give homeowners on-time service, quality products and workmanship, and professionalism. We are focused on doing things the right way to give the customer a remarkable experience. Our headquarters is located in Menasha, Wisconsin and we also have a second building located in Wausau, Wisconsin. Our two locations allow us to have fully-stocked warehouses and production equipment ready to service all homeowners across Northeast and Central Wisconsin and to provide a home base for our numerous construction crews in both areas. We also have an extensive service department, a unique feature that separates Sure-Dry from most of our competition.

The crew of two did a fantastic job, raising my concrete in my driveway and the sidewalk to my deck. They also raised a concrete slab in my backyard at the back of my garage. What a difference! Great people to work with. Did a wonderful job as far as I can tell. We’ll have to see how it holds up through the winter. They got the job done in about 3 hours from the time they pulled up in the driveway until the time they pulled out. So far, very pleased. I would definitely recommend them. It’s guaranteed for five years. Hopefully it’ll last longer than that but if & when I have to have it done in the future, I will definitely call them again. I wish I had taken better BEFORE pictures 😏🙄

Revised review. Installation was still great. Had issues with the cover collecting water dirt and debris. Water does not run off. Very unsightly, unless cleaned every day. This was not disclosed during purchase. When I called to discuss this, I was told someone would come out to meet with me at noon. I waited till 12:45, no show. Called the office, and was told he came out earlier, but never informed me when he was here. I have a dog that barks at everyone and my dog was out of kennel just after 8am. Seems all he did was clean of the standing water. Still by end of day, after I called back, no information was given from them. This is in the front of my house and people have asked me about it and commented on the condition after it rains. The situation still stands with no result.

The crew of 4 showed up and completed removal/install of sump and piping in less than 1 hour. Crew leader very informative. All members polite and personable. I was told what they were going to do and all work was completed as planned and tested to confirm it worked. They disposed of the old junk and cleaned up the area both inside and outside. I am very satisfied with the work. Thank you.

Like so many homes built on clay soil, my foundation needed help! Sure Dry's team of Andy and Austin were professional and personable - I appreciated their years of experience and the care they took repairing my home. The project progressed well, and they took it in stride when my foundation presented unexpected challenges. They finished ahead of schedule, had great attention to detail, were patient with my questions, and were thorough with clean-up at project completion. I'd recommend this team.

Andy and Austin are true professionals. The were expert communicators and kept me informed every step of the way; from their on the way call, to their introduction and walking through the project details with me, to project updates and photos, all the way to the final project walkthrough at the end. The installation went exactly as they said it would, and I felt confident due to their expertise! They also did an outstanding job of cleaning up my yard and kept my home tidy while performing the installation! You can tell they genuinely care about the work they do and the service they provide! The office staff was wonderful working with our schedule and setting up an install date. Very nice. Speaking of very nice, the crew that came to do the spray foam and insulation install were great. Knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Randy, the foreman worked hard and was super. Dillon and Austin, the twins, worked hard and got it done. They showed up on time and went right to work. Hoping that the work done warms up the basement and crawl space! The only issue we had is trying to figure out which twin is the attractive one, Dillon or Austin.

My experience started out with Rick Olsen. Top notch guy! Friendly and informative. It was nice seeing products in person, instead of just looking at them online through my hours of research. The install team was friendly and fast. Install was estimated at 1.5 days. They tore up the floor, laid pipe, lined the walls, job was inspected, and they poured the cement. In and out in about 5 hours. The cost of them doing it was reasonable enough as well. 29’ of WaterGuard/FlowGuard, 25’ of CleanSpace - Wall System, and a 14’ Bleeder/Feed Line to my sump pump. Total cost was $4,317.30. I’m a handy guy and would be capable of doing this myself but, considering the time/material it would’ve taken me, while also not being as skilled, it was worth it. I’m posting this review the night after the job was done. My water issues weren’t that extensive but we wanted that room for storage. Will I have water issues in that room again? I’m pretty confident I won’t. They have a 25 year warranty on most of their products/installation, so I’m not worried about it.

The SureDry crew came to my house on time and got right to work. They were efficient and polite. They asked and answered my questions and let me know how things were coming along. Toby also offer a discount on the cleanspace vapor barrier for my basement walls as they had mold on it and it would prevent more mold/water from penetrating through.
Toby the foreman did all the talking and taking charge to make sure everything was done as planned. I highly recommend this crew.
Small update: I went to the basement to get pics and the basement is quite dirty. Assuming I have to clean up the muddy mess which is fine, but there was water on the opposite side of my basement and some stuff got wet (not damaged). I wish they would have said something rather than me finding it myself.
Other than that, I’m happy so far. They just finished today.
