We are out to redefine the industry and give homeowners on-time service, quality products and workmanship, and professionalism. We are focused on doing things the right way to give the customer a remarkable experience. Our headquarters is located in Menasha, Wisconsin and we also have a second building located in Wausau, Wisconsin. Our two locations allow us to have fully-stocked warehouses and production equipment ready to service all homeowners across Northeast and Central Wisconsin and to provide a home base for our numerous construction crews in both areas. We also have an extensive service department, a unique feature that separates Sure-Dry from most of our competition.

I got a sump pump, water guard, and dehumidifier installed. The team of 2, lead by Ryan was very quick and professional. They busted up the concrete and dug the hole for the sump pump the first day, took them about 3-4 hours. The second day they installed the rest of it and poured concrete to cover up the pipes. They also dug trenches and buried the downspouts around the house. There was minimal dust left behind to clean up. They told me about the new equipment and what to expect from it. I would definitely recommend them if you are needing a sump pump installed.

Sure-Dry lifted my large concrete garage apron and front sidewalk and repaired cracks in the apron. After which I had them apply a permanent sealant. The entire walk required complicated lifting from the front porch to the apron, gradually reducing lift to match the apron. The work was done when scheduled, and the 2 day job was completed earlier than expected each day.
Logan and Randy were friendly and answered all my questions. They were clearly very experienced at this work.The result was excellent and exceeded my expectations.
My only issue is that the concrete dust and sand generated during this process, along with pressure washing the concrete is substantial and ends up off the apron down the driveway. I would have appreciated it if that sand would’ve been cleaned up better rather than me waiting for it all to wash down the driveway with rains.
I would definitely use Sure-Dry again, and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs concrete lifting and crack repair!

The crew from Sure-Dry came to reinforce our concrete block basement walls that were beginning to move inward. They were respectful, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, asked if we had questions multiple times and answered them thoroughly, and even filled in a hole our Great Pyrenees had dug in our yard! The crew of two did a fantastic job, raising my concrete in my driveway and the sidewalk to my deck. They also raised a concrete slab in my backyard at the back of my garage. What a difference! Great people to work with. Did a wonderful job as far as I can tell. We’ll have to see how it holds up through the winter. They got the job done in about 3 hours from the time they pulled up in the driveway until the time they pulled out. So far, very pleased. I would definitely recommend them. It’s guaranteed for five years. Hopefully it’ll last longer than that but if & when I have to have it done in the future, I will definitely call them again. I wish I had taken better BEFORE pictures 😏🙄

Revised review. Installation was still great. Had issues with the cover collecting water dirt and debris. Water does not run off. Very unsightly, unless cleaned every day. This was not disclosed during purchase. When I called to discuss this, I was told someone would come out to meet with me at noon. I waited till 12:45, no show. Called the office, and was told he came out earlier, but never informed me when he was here. I have a dog that barks at everyone and my dog was out of kennel just after 8am. Seems all he did was clean of the standing water. Still by end of day, after I called back, no information was given from them. This is in the front of my house and people have asked me about it and commented on the condition after it rains. The situation still stands with no result.

The crew of 4 showed up and completed removal/install of sump and piping in less than 1 hour. Crew leader very informative. All members polite and personable. I was told what they were going to do and all work was completed as planned and tested to confirm it worked. They disposed of the old junk and cleaned up the area both inside and outside. I am very satisfied with the work. Thank you.

Like so many homes built on clay soil, my foundation needed help! Sure Dry's team of Andy and Austin were professional and personable - I appreciated their years of experience and the care they took repairing my home. The project progressed well, and they took it in stride when my foundation presented unexpected challenges. Andy and Austin are true professionals. The were expert communicators and kept me informed every step of the way; from their on the way call, to their introduction and walking through the project details with me, to project updates and photos, all the way to the final project walkthrough at the end. The installation went exactly as they said it would, and I felt confident due to their expertise! They also did an outstanding job of cleaning up my yard and kept my home tidy while performing the installation! You can tell they genuinely care about the work they do and the service they provide!
