First I would like to say they were on time. I truly enjoyed Kevin and Bryce coming to evaluate and repair my A/C drain and my kitchen sink. They also recommended me to have my hot water heater replaced due to the condition. The guys were very knowledgeable and patient, they answered all my questions and looked at all the concerns I had with my home. Thank you so much 😊

I am very satisfied with the work that Michael, Drew, Jonathan, and Jacks did. They would show up on time, sometimes earlier, and they would explain to me what they were doing and why. I really appreciated that but mostly I appreciate the fact that they worked with my finances. Michael was very informative, personable,and knowledgeable.
Absolutely the BEST group we have used for plumbing services!! We had a gas leak and Michael and his crew came out the same day.
After he and his team evaluated the leak, sat down with us and explained ALL options needed to “fix” and the process and cost all up front!!! He and his team are, professional, courteous and HONEST( very refreshing)!!!
Has been excellent experience!!!
Will have a back generator placed by these outstanding people-IMPRESSED!!!!

Swan electric/heating/AC/plumbing were called because we were installing a new refrigerator with ice maker. The appliance delivery person noted the water valve was rusted in the open position. I called Swans and the set me up for a morning appt the next day. The plumbers arrived on time, with the appropriate parts and an acetylene torch. The previous plumbing installer had welded the valve to the pipe and it could not be removed. Mike Lee the plumber, quickly assessed the situation, gave a quote and we signed. They (Mike and Bryce) were to their truck and got all the necessary items. They had to remove a small portion of the Sheetrock to access the copper pipe. They quickly removed the old valve and a piece of the copper pipe. Then installed the appropriate configuration ont the pipe. Instead of welding it on, he used a “tightening ring” so if we needed to remove the valve in the future we could do it ourselves. They were efficient, courteous, clean uniforms wore boot covers in the house.they explained what they did and why and it works perfectly. They were very knowledgeable. They cleaned up behind themselves and sent all my paperwork via email which is perfect so I can store on my computer files for home repairs. They were very pleasant and my dog even liked them. I felt very comfortable leaving them to their work and when conversing they were nice and polite and spoke well. I wish my previous plumber was like this. They didn’t treat me like an ignorant woman and I appreciated them so much! I will definitely do business with them again, I removed my old plumber from my contacts and added Swans. I forgot their names so I called swans and left a message. Soon Melody called me back and told me their names. She was very courteous , genuine, and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. I was originally told they would arrive between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, but they didn’t show up. And I called at 8:55, I was informed they wouldn’t be able to come until 10:00, that was to late for me so I asked to be moved to the schedule for the following day.
When they finally arrived, they quoted me $2,000 to fix a small hole in an existing pipe—a repair that didn’t seem to justify such a high cost. Even more frustrating, they were here LESS than 5 minutes and charged me $200 despite not actually fixing the issue.
I understand that service calls have costs, but clear communication and fair pricing are important. This experience left me feeling let down and overcharged.

I want to say something positive about an employee there named Charles. He did some plumbing at my sister’s trailer in Wylie Texas. My sister is elderly and very sick. He was so nice and kind to her and explained everything to her. He fixed the problem and explained things where she could understand them And I just want to say thank you so much for your professionalism and for your humanity. Charles is a good employee.
