I want to say something positive about any employee there named Charles. He did some plumbing at my sister’s trailer in Wylie Texas. My sister is elderly and very sick. He was so nice and kind of her and explained everything to her. He fixed the problem and explained things where she could understand them And I just want to say thank you so much for your professionalism and for your humanity. Charles is a good employee. I hope y’all keep him on for a long time. Thank you so much.

Pretty sure I have a slab leak, but Swan was able to send Kevin & Randy the same day I called to come investigate. They arrived when they said they would & were very thorough using multiple techniques to both verify & narrow down the size & location. We discussed options & they are currently working up estimates based on the different options we discussed. I anticipate work to begin in a day or so.

These guys worked as a team to discover the source of a pesky leak and replace the corroded pipe! They figured it out without having to tear up the house! They performed quality work right down to the last detail. The work was worth every penny! Note - I added a photo of the wall after brickwork was completed!

Great emergency service! Charles Castillo from Swan arrived within 3 hours of our evening gas leak call and worked tirelessly from 8 PM to midnight. He even fixed a leak on cooktop knowing that was a appliance guy's job and not his. Professional, thorough, polite, hardworking, and went above and beyond. 5/5 for his service. Cost felt little pricey but highly recommend for quality work!

Steven arrived a few hours early and explained in detail the process of the repair. He showed me pics of the damage and made sure I was comfortable with all that was about to take place. Steven got the job done in record time and explained everything before and after. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Fast and courteous service from the first phone call to the office to the technician (Dustin) that came out to my home for the initial inspection. First thing the next morning technicians, Carlos and Andrew came out to further inspect and quickly identify the issue.

These two young men were fast and efficient with their work. They kept me informed of what they were doing to solve my problem and let me know what to do going forward to prevent the issue from reoccurring in the future.

I even purchased the home maintenance and inspection plan to further discount what I feel was already a more than fair price for their services. I HIGHLY recommend Swan Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air. I will most definitely work with them again should another issue arise.
