The Bath Authority lives up to their name. The rep came to our house with samples, info and answers, and while the appointment took awhile, it was worth it.
We listened to others too, but their solid surface stone is worth every penny! Actually less than Tundraland and two acrylic companies for our walk in shower.
We are both very happy with the result!

I couldn't even get through the "Free" consultation with this company. From the time the salesman came to my home, I was told all about how wonderful the company was, how great the products are. After listening to this for over an hour, I was FINALLY able to get a $ estimate. They quoted me a price of $14k, which quickly dropped to $11k after all the "discounts" he was offering. Then he repeatedly pressured me to sign a contract on the spot. When I refused, he doubled- down on his efforts to get me to commit to something I was not comfortable with. He peppered me with questions as to why I wouldn't sign, he asked me repeatedly if I had gotten any other offers, and from whom. When I finally had to be firm about NOT signing a contract, he became ANGRY! He jumped up from my chair in my kitchen, grabbed his tile samples, called me a liar, told me I was rude and then screamed at my partner and I to not call the company to do business with them. I finally asked him to leave my home. I had to ask him more than one time to get out. This was the MOST unprofessional price estimates I have ever gotten in my whole life!! If you like to be screamed at by a stranger in your own home, definitely call this company.

We had John Decarlo and he came out on time to assess our bathroom and give us a quote. He was very professional and informative: he answered our questions and pointed out all options for us to consider that would affect the cost of the project. We felt comfortable with his presentation and we had no areas of concern unanswered. We decided to go with the quote because we wanted exceptional work and quality. The rating of 4 stars is due to our remodel only being on order at this time. We will rerate our experiences when the shower install is completed. Final score will depend on actual quality of work, materials, and timeliness.

A fabulous experience. Our old shower/tub surround was dingy and ready to go. The new one is bright and modern. Our installers were friendly, fast and cleaned up better than it was before they came. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone from the salesman until the end of the install was great to work with.

1st They were to come out on Friday but didn't show up till Sat. to install our shower. 2nd they were to keep our old shower head but throw it away. They did reimburse us for that. 3rd I had shut off valves already, they took them out said they would replace them, but they didn't have any with them and were going to charge me 200.00 to go get some. I said no thanks but got angry and when they called told them why should I have to pay more for something I already had. so they talked to someone and came out and put new ones on for free. 4th they dropped a tool on the floor and skimmed a small round hole in my linoleum floor when they replaced to shut off valves one of them sprayed something on it but didn't tell me anything about what it was for and I still have a black hole on my gray linoleum floor.

Grab a pen and some paper. Make a list of the most inept, apathetic, inefficient, and rude people you have ever met. Congratulations, you have just created an organization that is still better than The Bath Authority!
We had several issues with our shower and flooring installation that began when the installers arrived without all of the necessary materials and ended with water damage on our kitchen ceiling. Customer service is an absolute joke-calls go to voicemail and emails get forwarded to The Void, aka ‘the management team’. Initially we were told via email that the sagging trim, loose shower head, gaps in the flooring, and adhesive dripping into the shower basin that we were concerned about would all be addressed when the crew came back out to finish installation once the missing materials arrived. We were not given an actual date for this, just ‘whenever’.
We then reached out to our sales rep, Jason, who took great offense to the idea that we wanted anything from him after he had collected our money. At this point in the saga we discovered a leak that was causing water damage to the ceiling in our kitchen below. We sent photos of this to customer service and they were kind enough to forward them to The Void for us as well as provide a link to The Bath Authority’s referral program.
We reached out to our sales rep, Jason, again because even though he wasn’t being a great human, he was the only one we were able to get on the phone. We were finally offered an actual date for someone to come to our house to address our growing list of concerns but it was several days out and my husband had the audacity to be out of town for work, another great offense to our sales rep, Jason.
It was now time for me to act like an absolute idiot on the phone, something I hate to do, but the risk of damage to her home will do crazy things to a girl. Our sales rep, Jason, let me know that my intent to write an honest review meant nothing to him, but did say he would text me the phone number of someone with more authority over scheduling once he was finished with the sales appointment he was currently arriving to. God speed, folks he was meeting with…
Finally, we were contacted by Andre, a manager from The Void, and after he asked if we caused the leak by clogging the toilet, he let us know that someone would be out the next morning to finish installation and address all of our concerns. This did happen, and as of writing this review, the installation is complete and we are in the process of coordinating repair of the kitchen ceiling. This has truly been the longest ‘two day installation’ ever, and I would encourage anyone considering The Bath Authority to slam their fingers in a car door a few times instead; the experience would be slightly more pleasant and then you can get in the car and drive far away from making the terrible choice of using The Bath Authority.

Bathroom remodel January 2025. We worked with Scott Nelson on getting our project planned and quoted. He was very helpful making sure we got everything planned. Everything that came to the house was correct with problems. Daniel Zigler did the install. We have never seen anyone work that hard. He did the entire job himself other than carrying up the tub and putting it in place. His workmanship is top-notch. We had the tub replaced, the surround put in, new flooring, and a new vanity. We love it. I would definitely recommend these two guys if you need a bathroom remodeled.

We were extremely impressed with Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, and was very careful when moving materials in and out of our home. I was also impressed by the way he interacted with his apprentice, patient and kind while instructing him throughout the job. There are a few details still to be completed before our install is fully done, but my bathroom looks awesome already and will be even better once we decide on the paint!!

I was nervous about changing the bath into just a shower. But, my sales rep was wonderful in addressing my concerns. The installers Zand and Nick I can’t say enough about, they were wonderful. They allowed me to check on the progress any time during the day, made sure I didn’t have any questions and kept me updated as to what they were going to be doing next. I love my shower.

We were very happy with our tub to shower conversion, from the experience of working with The Bath Authority, to the installation to the final product. Our family enjoyed the new, beautiful shower over the holiday weekend.
